Hello guys..i am new into detailing...today washed and waxed my Honda city..kindly give suggestions to make it shine more better and lasting...
1.Used Formula1 Wash and Wax Shampoo
2.Formula1 Rubbing Compound
3.Meguiars Nxt tech Wax 2.0
4.Used microfiber towel for drying and waxing. Wash-mitt for washing.
5.Surf for Tyres:)

Pretty Cool results you got there. Why did you used rubbing compound? And how was your experience with Meguiars NXT Tech Wax 2.0. Why didnt you used any Kind of polish. Polish is a must atleast when you have used a rubbing compound.

By the way thats one of the cleanest honda city of that model you have there friend. Looks like you really care about your ride.

What is the difference between rubbing compound and ultimate compound and other variants of compound by Meguiar's?

Been seeing alot of swirls so decided to put a bottle of scratch out to good use.
1)Washed with Astonish Crystal Clear wash and wax using the double bucket method.
2)Dried using a a mf and Astonish spray and shine
3)taped up the car and applied the product using a mf applicator pad in circular motions.
4) buffed off using a mf towel
This was my very first attempt removing swirls and was completely done by hand.

Thanks for your valuable comments dear.There were very minor scratches and swirls so i used Formula1 Scratch out compound.Kindly elaborate y to use polish after compound.?and how often/when to use polish/ compound ? .Meguiars Nxt Tech 2.0 gives awesome shine and very good water repellent.

I used Liquid scratch out but it only make surface shine and somehow remove swirls but not so effective for scratches.

I bought formula 1 complete compound (500 ml bottle). its good for removing scratches

Do share if there is a chance of uneven shade if this compound is used/rubbed a bit more on one panel than other?

So Got a Meguairs Scratch X.
Couldnt wait to try it.

Washed the to be treated area.
Sprayed some Quik Detailer as a Lubricant.
Clayed the area
Primed the foam applicator pad Scratch X 2.0 and Put on a drop of the product and applied to the being treated surface with foam applicator pad
Buffed with microfiber cloth.

And POOF!!! Voila. Got a swirl and scratch free surface.
