Car care steps
1) body Wash: Shampoo(koch chemie gsf, nanoskin bubble bath, tac system mystic bubble), a nice fluffy mitt, detailing brushes, 2 buckets, a pressure washer (if possible). First rinse the car with surplus water. Then add shampoo in one bucket and fill it till half (approx 2 gallon) and dip wash mitt in it.
Then fill another bucket with simple clean water.
Then start shampooing car starting from roof, then bonnet, then trunk, then fender, then door.
Try to do upper body first and then lower body areas.
But after washing each panel rinse wash mitt through simple water in bucket and again dip in shampoo.
While washing use a detailing brush on door sides and tighter areas.
2) tyres: different kind of brushes, another wash mitt tyre cleaner or APC(koch chemie Gs or 3d super orange) and degreaser( car geek degreaser and flamingo degreaser). First rinse tyre thoroughly then pre soak the tyre and wheel arch with Apc for 30 second and then rinse. Then spray degreaser on tyre and acrub it with a hard brush and same on wheel arch(but use apc this time). For rim spray Apc and then clean it with a wash mitt and detailing brush.
3) dry: drying cloth, blower, quick detailer(sonax bsd, koch chemie quick shine, meguiar quick detailer), glass cleaner(invisible glass,nanoskin glass cleaner, sonax clear view), tire gel, trim protectant(carpro perl, tac system seal, koch chemie,nanoskin hyperdress), glass cloth.
Firstly dry the car using a plush dry cloth like demnok drying towel, carpro dehydrate, chemical guy wooly mammoth or gyeon but before drying do a spray of quick detailer on every wet panel.
Then use a blower to dry wheels and on tight spota such as near light or on grilll or side mirrors.
Then dry that water too
Then apply trim protectant on the black plastics and wheels arches.
Apply a tire gel on tires
And lastly using a glass cloth clean the glass and spray glass cleaner.
And car washed.
For waxing a car first you have to prep the car.
1)First do step 1,2
2) prep: clay(kamran enterprises clay cloth, 3m clay bar, meguiar clay bar, soft 99 egg, tonyin clay bar), polish(sonax polish and wax 3,kcx p201, p101, 3d hd+, 3d aca 520) compound(3d one, koch chemie h9, meguiar professional compound):
First prepare a spray solution approx 750ml mixed water mixed with 50ml shampoo. Then spray the solution on body and rub clay on each panel including glass and plastic. After u have clayed the whole vehicle then rinse it with water.
3) dry: then using a drying cloth dry vehicle same way(except using trim protectant, quick detailet and glass cleaner).
4) if you see many swirl marks then compound paint using hand or a da polisher if possible. By hand it will require yoo to be relative of triple H and results will also not ve perfect so better to use machine.Follow directions on label
5)after compounding then polish paint. Or if swirls are less on car then directly polish the paint. Follow directions on label
6) after this use an 50/50 dilution of isrophyl alcohol on whole car and wipe it off. Which will make surface ready for waxing.
7)Wax: (collinite 845(hybrid), turtle ice seal and shine(hybrid), soft 99 fusso coat(synthetic), meguiar fast finish(silica based), koch chemie so O2(silica based), soft 99 KOG(carnuba), mothers ceramic spray wax(silica based), tac system shinee wax(carnuba))
There are three types of wax
Carnuba: extreme gloss but less protection
Synthetic: extreme protection but less gloss
Hybrid: moderate gloss and protection
now the final stage waxing has to be done in which apply wax following directions on label.
8) Now just clean glass and apply trim protectant and boom.
