I was talking to a friend of mine about car care and he told me that he can get me Sonax Ceramic Coating for 18k that usually costs around 40k. But I've heard so many bad things about Ceramic here. Thoughts?

Ceramic coating is not bad though. well price depend upon number of layers or you can say hardness. but it is maintained by professional not by common waxes but by certain chemicals

Sonax ceramic coating is not 40k. Whoever told you is misinformed.

If one loves waxing their car and does it regularly then ceramic coating is not for them.

But if someone waxes very rarely or doesn't even bother to wax then Ceramic coatings have a lot of benefits. The weather in Pakistan is extreme. We have a lot of sun and a lot of contamination in the air which sticks to the paint during rain. The paint will get oxidized and rough quickly if not taken care of. Waxes do not last long in our conditions. Ceramic coatings are more durable and a better option in this scenario.

Also buy Collinite 476, Tyre gel, quick detailer and Meguiars endure Tyre gel. I bought little more cosmetics. Will recommend you to buy plenty of microfiber towel and use each for specific purpose. Clean MF immediately after use.
Keep in mind you need cleaner wax too later stage, to remove mild oxidation

I have a lot of microfibers from Metro like Kenco ones so I'll use those for low key jobs and the MS and CG ones for rather delicate tasks

I bought meguiars new car care kit. It contain little quantity of endurance Tyre gel, shampoo and ultimate wax along with water Magnant, wash mitt, applicator pads and micro fiber cloth. It is economical one

Bro the cost of coating is not an issue, more important is that you cant maintain and apply by yourself you need professional for all job. Moreover 40k include coating cost along with labor a complete package. Washing, claying, surface preparation and than coating

Hmmm I might not need all of that at the moment except endurance tyre gel. Its the only thing I am missing at the moment I guess.

Well i am novice in detailing, heard sealant should be apply on prepared surface. Do you have any Idea about new car, does it need surface preparation or dealership wax car before?

Hi I am very new to detailing cars & iam a student
so cant spend too much for the detailing & my family doesnt allow me to spend too much on detailing & stuff
Soo i have microfiber towels ,Few shampoos, & 7CF Wax & Deeker boom car wax
I use to wash then apply 7CF wax(wax not regular with wash) it says it sets body car polish but the shine it gets is dull otherwise as wax it's good
So someone can recommend me a good polish not too expensive?
& confirm me this is the best way right to detail
