Btw u can check panel by putting a torch light on panel and see swirls.

And also try to feel that the body is smooth.

have a chat with them 1st just see their process which products they use, are they equipped with proper equipment like paint gauges paint inspection lighting cause i have seen people use flood lights to inspect paint and cannot see the marring that is only visible under a pint inspection light etc, theoratically just ask them to run you through the process. and mostly when you visit such studious you can see some work being done are they enthusiastic about the work or have a lazy attitude towards correcting paint. if they know what they are doing they should generate a VIF (vehicle Inspection form) measure paint etc

ClearFx Ceramic Coating on new car. Is it worthy?

ClearFx is a range of protection products from a company called RestorFx. It includes protection products (mostly coatings) for multiple surfaces from exterior to interior. ClearFx do make sense for a new vehicle if you want to stick with RestorFx brand.

Then there's another range of paint restoration products with the name RestorFx. The system is not based on polishing. It resembles Optimum Clear Coat Restorer. It's suitable for older vehicles whose paint is thrashed.

Hoping a paint expert can help me out here. I noticed these marks on my Sportage recently. It was delivered December 2021 and as far as I can recall, they weren't there at the time of delivery. Recently I noticed these marks and assumed they were fingerprints. Went for a car wash at Technowash where the guy tried to scrub them out but to no avail. He even tried a little bit of compound which made no difference. Upon closer inspection the paint within these marks seems to be crackled. Is this fixable? I am planning to get this checked at the dealership as I believe there is a paint warranty too.

I cannot completely judge those marks from the picture but on close inspection, it looks like crow feet which is a sign of clear coat failure. The only fix is repaint. Just to give you a reference, this is how crow feet looks like

If it's not crow feet, then it could be fixed with sanding.

I rechecked your images at full size, it looks like etching. It could be fixed with sanding, and compound, and then polish.

I could try that. But doesn't that mean a factory paint fault? I have never even touched this area of the car other than routine washes.. That too no more than once a week.

One cannot blame the factory for paint etching because such defect usually occur from bird dropping or water spots or some other reason and it happens during transport of vehicle or when parked outside the dealership

Suggest a long wiper/cleaner to clean windshield every day. Cuz it gets dusty.

With short length wiper it gets difficult n clothes get dirty as they touch with car body.

Want something with integrated spray nozzle so one can easily clean from a distance n clothes don’t touch.

You can use any shampoo which don't have any wax, or heavy gloss enhancer.
Gyeon BATHE, CarPro Reset are few examples.

If you are looking for drying cloth, I suggest you to try this. This is twisted loop with super absorbing ability.

For interior/exterior plastics, try CarPro Perl and for leather Luxury Leather.
For interior cleaning, try Koche Chemie Green Star.

Go For their Ph neutral shampoo called Gyeon Bathe and get their Ceramic Detailer to be used as a maintenance topper as for the cloth i assume you are referring to Drying aid Try the option from Demnok restorations store .

For interior assuming you want a cleaner for just Regular maintenance and general cleaning i would say look into Koch chemie Polstar its dluteable and gentle on interior surfaces and ph neutral

Dressings are a subjective issue some people like matte or glossy so incase you are looking for a Glossy one Koch chemie CSP is a good one or incase of a matte factory finish Topstar.

And for cloths
Go for maxshine, maxima, demnok, gyeon, carpo and chemical guys cloth

For interior you need an All purpose cleaner and a interior protectant

For All purpose Cleaner you can go for
Koch chemie mzr
Carpro multi x
3d super citrus
Or a specialized interior cleaner like pol star as mentioned by effaf bhai.

For interior protectant you can go for
Carpro perl
Nanoskin blue dress
Koch chemie top star
Tac system seal

Even get a bunch of detailing brushes which will come in handy.

It can be used for interior, and it's very effective for heavy soiling.
But yes, it's strong for regular maintenance.
