Did a lil session on Zohaib2226s santro last night............car was handed over to me at 6 pm I started work at around 7ish an sadly till 10 pm I was still removing tar........here
s how the clay bar looked............

then had to remove some stickers.......did that with the blade, cut up the whole paint with Farecla G-3 paste compound.............the car had been painted an wasnt sanded afterwards.......but I checked with the paint depth meter an it wasnt really in a position to sustain any severe paint correction.......so making use of the paint depth the car had left I gave it very very calculated swipes with the rotary......less pressure....just glides over the surface.......fiddled only with the scratches.......various portions of the car had putty come off an couldnt be touched.............uffff! For Zohaib to have kept his ride like that was a shocker for me..............all four door as well as the front fenders, an both bumpers, all of them from the top to bottom had various size tar spots.........only the trunk an roof were safe.....rizi_85 joined me after 1 an he gave me a hand in the waxing section......gave the car a complete wax over..............an then a quick buff off........material cost for it was hovering around Rs.3,500.........items used were a clay bar cake, a detailer fluid with wd-40 as the initial tar irritant.......Farecla G-3 compound.....(this is my personal fav).............Speed Auto Care wax....Turtle Colour magic silver...............two rolls of tape to mask up the rubbers an plastic parts.........still waiting for Zohaib to show up an give in his review.......
