Can anyone tell me here why they tape up rubber mouldings an windows an door linings before puttin rotaries to the car?? For reference look at the pics Khurum bhai has uploaded...notice the taped windows on the Pagani an the Koenigsegg??

well usually when u use a rotary you use a cutting cream, and when the cutting cream and the rotary go over the plastic they eat it(kinda like the headlamp restorer kit) but this thins out the plastic and makes it more prone to yellowing, the other reason is what has already happened to most cars, ever put some wax on black trim? it will make a whitish layer on the black plastic which is very difficult to remove, the tape prevents the product from staining the trim and thirdly there is a small space between the rubber trim and the car body where car care products often get stuck, you wouldnt want some cutting cream there

Will be waiting for your sms.....acha spplicator ka bhi sort out kar daitay hain....glad to hear you got the presoak thing all in one.....the shampoo must have dewaxed the surface thus the roughness.....though wax it up couple of times an you`ll be all good to go!!!

These are dodo juice waxes an polishes bro.....one of the premier brands...gettin them in hand two weeks from now....will InshAllah review them upon arrival......its the complete range....just google DODO JUICE up an you`ll be doing the dodo as well!!! As far as I recall step 3 is a natural wax....an speed wax is also a natural wax.......yer puttin natural wax on top of natural wax....teh kamaal ki kita janab??? Try a synthetic wax after the natural one....that`ll give you more protection.....

an a moooooore whiter car....I suggest you use Robin blue neel.....put yer car in the washing machine, put robin blue neel in an give it a good rinse......should bring out the lashkara.....

Bro try a clay bar kit....itll clean the paint an should give you a much smoother an cleaner surface........Im 100% sure that you`ll get a different shade of white after clay bar......garanteee hegi aay pai jan!!

Usman Bhai please suggest anything for detailing the wheel arches.It should be non greasy.Usually it happens when I wash my car,after couple of hours the wheel arches become way too dry and the car gives a rubbish look.

Brother detailer...do you talk about the black water shields under the fenders ?? Or do you have somthin else in mind?? If it is the weather shields.....look at their composition.....plastic.....use any good plastic protectant....there is no saving them from the mud an splashes....but if they are protected well enough with plastic or dashboard polish they get cleaned very easily with a spray of running water.......but make sure you rub them well with a cloth after the polish application......dry out the surface so as not to leave the surface oily an welcoming to dust....

laaay ! yeh bho koi sawal tha.....use cosmic in insane amounts on the metal wheel wells......since it is relatively cheap you wont feel the pinch in using it for such a purpose....when you cant bear the dirt anymore, just spray wash it, let it dry out an cosmic it once again..........

I am thinking of gettings those parts washed from service station as there are too greasy to be washed with normal pressure.

2)Is 1 kit more than enough for 1 car?
3)Is it safe for a first time to use on a 8th gen civic (Soft paint)

actually one kit is enough for about four cars but you will need to buy a separate bottle of detailer spray for each car, ive had a good experience with the turtle clay bar, it is the best value for money and its so safe that after some practice i have been using it on a 13 year old car

I actually recommend the Turtle Wax Kit cuz of its two step cleanin process......but if you want a showdown between a mothers an a meg then meg it is all the way boy! Yes one kit is good for more than one car......yes its safe with any car surface...!! Please do read up the procedure and the precautions on it an you`ll be fine!

a suzuki denter just arrived at my place, the doors are being removed for some work regarding the pins as doors were noisy, a new mudguard was just purchased for the front right wheel and the exhaust piping was replaced

dear detailers, if you drop a clay bar dont throw it away, just keep it away from paint and close to glass, however polluted it is, it is good for removing overspray from glass and the good thing is that you can use plain water as lube when you are cleaning glass
