Usman bro try a glaze or any good gloss.......you can try Turtles Crystal Hyper Polymer Glaze or Turtle Wax Platinum Series Extra Gloss, you have Mothers Glaze, an lastly Megs Mirror Glaze......

You are not suppose to clean a dusty dashboard with an interior 'POLISH'! It will streak and make it worse. You are suppose to dust-off the dashboard and then apply some trim/plastic protectant. For a dashboard with stains and debris marks, you'll need a multi-purpose detergent for cleansing. And then it is topped off with a protectant.
Since your car is brand new, I'd suggest that you dust off the dashboard first, then wipe it with a damp cotton cloth and then apply the protectant.
Armour All should cost you around Rs. 400-450 but i reckon, STP is much better.
Meg's GC is for around Rs. 2500 at Optimum Motorsports, KHI.
Since you are new to this, I suggest that you opt for what i recommended in my second last post.

Its because due to dust it needs cleaning that' why i want you to suggest.

Furthermore, for how much i will get the aforementioned items and also do let me know that if any polish is required besides wax. Furthermore, which tire cleaner is good and above all if they are worthy enough as i believe tires will eventually get dirty after crossing a small distance.

I personally seldom drop down windows, in order to avoid dust getting into the car interior. i hate dust particles visible on the dash board.

dear bro, no polish is required, just wax ur car weekly with Meguiar's gold class canuaba wax, ur neighbours will love the depth and shine of ur car paint.It also protects the paint. i also have graphite grey Alto.

Obviously Meg's GC is far superior to Turtle and Mothers. You can see a pic posted by me on page 253 where i used a combo of Meg and ICE.
I am recommending you to go for Turtle because you said that you were on a tight budget. Mothers' Syn Wax can come in your budget as it should cost you around Rs. 1400. It has almost the same results as Turtle's ICE. The plus point of Turtle is that you also get an MF towel in the package.
About STP, if you use it properly, then yes you can get a proper finish. Here is how i go about it,
I wipe off a the dash board with a dry a cotton cloth to remove lose dust.
Then i wipe it with a very lightly damped cotton cloth.
After that, I apply the STP on a folded MF towel and then wipe the dashboard with it.
You are not suppose to spray it directly onto the intended surface and let it sit there. It'll cause uneven shine on the surface and a nasty oily feel to it.

All right, last night I came back from meetin the lady in red an immediately went plop on the bed.....write up was due.......so here we go....Juma time got a text from Aamir bhai that he had used mothers cleaner wax an then the mother synthetic wax for treating the lady in red but ............... somthing wasnt quite right........had a little chat with him an we decided to glaze the gal.......Aamir bhai was generous enough to leave the option on my head an well got off from office on the usual time, headed home for a change of uniform, the office attire is a killer with paint, buttons, belt buckle......yikes.....reached Aamirs bhai place with hyper milling mode......an the pataka went off on my head, Aamir is an accomplished detailer........an he had done what was in his scope to get the lady back its colour.....but so far the pollution an the dust had the stronger artillery......couple of Janoobi Afriki marlboros an local dunhills later I went back to the twin sister an brought out the rotary an pads an various surkhi podars for the lady.....show time!!!! Diluted the Turtle wax glaze, sprayed the whole car an wiped off with a clean mf........massaged a coat of Turtle Wax Ultra Gloss Platinum paste wax onto it with the rotary an the Meg finishing pad at 2k rpm.....wiped down the whole car once done an applied the Turtle Wax ICE Synthetic wax......meanwhile Aamir bhai had some guests over an still the man wouldnt leave the car`s side........made guest sit out with us an enjoy the mild cool weather......lettin the synthetic to bond for a bit I set about doing the tyres with Meg Endurance Gel.....although Aamir bhai had already treated the tyres with the mothers tyre shiner it paled infront of the awesomeness of the Eundurance gel......an the very first pic is witness to that......kept on chattin when Aamir bhai realized I wasnt going to finish without dinner, he promptly ordrered a pizza keh khaye aur jaye!!! Gari khatam karnay ka naam hi nahin laay raha....content that he had made a legitimate call I set about glazing, waxing the bumpers an removed the synthetic wax an folllowed up by a final pinnacle mf wipedown......Aamir bhai just stood dazed.......the colour of the car had gone several shades different.....an the bling factor was back in town......Lady is red was blushin full on hand.......though it was night time an I suck at pics, we took some an Aamir bhai has promised a wet mf wipe an pics for today....so lets see when they come around.....Aamir bhai it was a blast doing yer ride.......JazakAllah for the trust you put into me......an handed the red lady to my saloon...........

He is Magician & She is Wild........ it was killer combination.......

Last night , it was treat to watch the way rotary was dancing in the hand of magician , I still use bench or chair to do car's roof but hats off to Usman the way he was doing the roof with one hand on rotary , I try to help , but it was One Man Show, amazing skills you got my Man (MASHALLAHA) ,& the way he is shifting to different products from Magician pouch its worth watching, I was completely in different trance last night.
I am not very good in writing like You but may GOD give You strength to complete all the in-detailing & out-detailing challenges & projects , my prayers always with you.
