hahahahaha... right bro, but PW to PW hai na, iski addiction hi aisi hai -specially this thread- k bas subha office aaney se, before i login my lotus notes, i open browser and click the bookmark which takes me to this thread Sometimes my colleagues say "ARE YOU PAKWHEELS MODERATOR?" coz everytime PW window is minimized on my taskbar

Doin a lil research,from time to time I`ll be asking questions an I need honest answers......do not be afraid to share your view......for starters lets try pricing......what sort of prices will you guys be willing to pay for the following services, assuming that quality of work will be as per my standard an care and that the best prods will be used, like Turtle Wax, Megauirs, Dodo Juice, 3M an beyond.

1. Car Wash (Simple water wash with car on ground, pressure washer, quality shampoo)

2. Clay Bar (Simple water wash with car on ground, pressure washer, quality shampoo, quality clay bar plus quality lube)

3. Polish (Simple water wash with car on ground, pressure washer, quality shampoo,quality polish with rotary etc.)

4. Wax (Simple water wash with car on ground, pressure washer, quality shampoo, quaity wax with rotary or orbital)

5. All the above

individually answer only for prices......like previously mentioned, work will be vague-approved!

Give it a good machine polish, use Megs Deep Crystal, then glaze it Turtle Waxs Hyper Polymer Glaze an last give it a gooood quality wax, ......hopefully you`ll be rollin in bling !!!

there are alot of "do numbers" in the market which shopkeepers sell u with big smiles k guaratee hai bhai, asal hai.

u must be used to some good shops. so pl let me know of them.

also, i need to get a good rotary polisher machine cz bazoo thak jate hn after a long wax job to my rides. just telme from where to get and which brands are trustworthy....

Sir if I wasnt here maybe someone else would have been taking the limelight.....the world doesnt stop with one lil detailer! But happy to know I make a lil diff for you guys! Im pretty much always in Lahore, love to travel but even then my cars trunk is filled with the detailing necessities I might need during travel, cant say much about other cities.....though in Lahore, for Turtle Wax Prods I turn to Saca Plus, for Mothers I use Autoline, both of them are on Montgomery Road, for 3M prods I use Journey to Music on Defence Main Boulevard......for dodo an megs an other premium stuff, I import it myself......if you need stuff like that just holler an I`ll add yer stuff with mines.....I would not advise you on a rotary if you dont have any experience with power tools an paint......go for an orbital.....safer for you....though on your purzoor farmaish..... Dual Action Polishers I can recommend are Megs, an Portar Cable (Good luck finding them in Pakistan) For rotary you can go with Makita or Sencan, both available at Brandeth Road, for orbitals you can buy Black n Decker or Biloxxi, both are available metro,makro or hyperstar......another quick reply brought to you from the detailing house of vague!

hmmm...thanks bhai g.. but seriously,i don't know the difference btween an orbital and a rotary... so far, i have just used my hands for polishing my cars..

owever, i have a feeling that i must see u. I'll be coming to lahore next year, InshAllah, and will be in a medical college... hope so, i'll have plenty of time wd u people... then will know abt all that stuff u use.

I will check for an orbital as u have suggested. I will get it so that polishng gets much easier..

Taking the BEST GLAZE and IN MARKET into consideration, I can only point to Ultra Gloss or Hyper Crystal Polymer Glaze by Turtle Wax.....otherwise if you eliminate the IN MARKET, nothing bets gold ol Megs Mirror Glaze

and yes bhai,i do remeber the talk very well... aap ne he vents ko saaf krne ka nuskha btaya tha...make up waaley brushs se.. it worked great fr me..

but aakhri vent saaf krte hue, the brush broke and i had to work very hard to get it out of the vent before it fell some where deep in to the air hose.... thank God...

Just to put you in check, the basic turtle formula is nowhere near the coolness of the ICE..........but for starters......notin more like it to learn the basics.......Nice collection to start with.....do come back with the results...... an do read the instructions carefully on how to apply the stuff......

2. Clay Bar (Simple water wash with car on ground, pressure washer, quality shampoo, quality clay bar plus quality lube) 5000....above mentioned+a gud 5hr detailed clay...its a pain in ur butt trust me

3. Polish (Simple water wash with car on ground, pressure washer, quality shampoo,quality polish with rotary etc.) 9000....a gud polish well applied by DOC....huh no questions ask !!!

4. Wax (Simple water wash with car on ground, pressure washer, quality shampoo, quaity wax with rotary or orbital) 13000....even if DOC brings out old dead paint to just like new finish by just using TURTEL WAX its still worth it for me...

5. All the above now this one might be the premium package offered by VAGUE SALOON does it include a photo shoot too ??

these are just my opinion's nothing personal....this list is for the mid level damaged sedan cars....best services deserve the best pay cheque.....as mentioned by DOC he'll be using pro series stuff by DODO n MEG n 3M....happy detailing

2) No idea, have never had new vehicles clayed.
