tks usman bhai, i have used soft 99 wax a lot in past and good thing about this wax is its easy to on and very easy to off, gives very soft touch but retention life very short, just gone in one wash.

its having cleaning agents too so what i observed after reguler use car skin start losts its shine though gives very clean surface. we can use this wax once a month as a cleaning wax after wash and top up with any good natural carnauba wax to have good depth and shine however i dont recomend this wax on reguler weekly basis

Plz buddy tell me which wax n compound u used any use of ribbon polish ect as I also own same colour khyber n beed that kind a shine help me plzdo tell me that is it ok to get ribbon polish done by the shop keepers they charge 1500 for ribbon wax compound n all shld I go for it....? Or shld I do it my self

Detailing procedure started from interior because it was quite dirty.

bhai jan whats ur feed back for this product ? gives natural shine or high shine ?

We had some time as Usman and rizi were on route to Ahmed's place for the skype session and were then targeting 4:30 to come online...Since Imran refused to let go of the lug nuts...I having enough of detailing for the day (Had an eight hour session...lot of learnings...will share in a very very lonnnnnggggg post after the meet pics and stuff...) decided to take out the camera and take the pics (the pre-session pics that I uploaded)...

Promptly at 4:30 I got a call from Usman saying that they are online...Imran had to be dragged inside as he just wouldn't let go of the lug nuts...eventually he did manage to bring the bling out in all of Goth's rims...

Online, we had the skype set up on a big tv...and to welcome us was a big smile...AHMED YAR...was witnessed first time with a MOVING perspective...bhaijaan daadi (not daadi as in grandma mugar daadi bolay to sohni) smile hai...keep smiling forever...Usman was with him and so was Rizi...

As you can see the next half an hour was spent in Usman taking the class of both Imran and Nomi (and I conveniently missing in the name of photography and tea coordination)

Soon Kashif (konsultant) also came up online followed by Jugno from Islamabad...we went NATIONAL baby! but since we all had the free version wala skype...so video conferencing was not an option beyond 2 parites...so we had to settle for voice only...It was great interacting with you Kashif and Jugno bhai...wada maza aya...

A host of discussions took place...from grit paper and microns to question answer sessions...it was one big mela of detailers...and then came a surprize...Aamir (accord) also joined in...a treat surely...and bhaijaan what classy baritone voice you have... but unfortunately by that time there were what 3 people from Ahmed's place, one kashif, one Jugno and then one you...plus 3 of us sitting in Karachi...9 people talking at the same time and carrying multiple conversations to multiple people all through 4 mics only...one on one session nahi hosaka plus we had to rush off to the shoot as well...but khair next time Inshah Allah...

Gujrat was also supposed to join in but Skill bhai kay haan load shedding ho gaee...so we had him on the phone...it was great talking to you sirjee...yeh Wapda kee sazish thee aap kay saath

We were losing light as we had gone way past our time limit...Couldn't even wait for Raging Ravin who was stuck in traffic...so goodbyes were done to all and Usman and co was taken online only on the IPAD...they were then given a walk around of the cars...Usman got us to poke the Ipad up the cars literally the wrong sides so that they could be inspected more closely...

Imran however, went back to work with the brush on my chrome...this time he went down on his knees...to work on the exhaust pipes...

Light was going fast and we still had to reach phase VIII...so after the inspection, we packed up skype...and took a few last pics before we headed into the dusk...like three lone cowboys heading towards the setting sun

Imran arrived and went straight to working on the chrome of my car...watch out guys...Imran is one detailed detailer...I am highly impressed...his personality is very calm...and yet he is full of energy...Met for the first time and trust me this guy gives out so much positive vibes that the minute you meet him you want to open up to him like an old friend...

He had promptly arrived at the given time...and instantly he got down to my car...he gave her a smooth bare hand touch and wipe...I could see that touch was an expert's touch...he instantly pointed to a few things which I was ignoring for sometime by asking me a very intelligent question..."omar bhai aap yeh black plastic area kis cheez say polish kartey hain?"....urrrr ummm 'detailer wipe say" lol! Didn't get a polish for that single and sole piece of plastic panel on the body...just prefer to keep it clean....looks like I'll have to invest in it.

Armed with his handy dandy yellow candy rubber glove (due to an injured hand), a toothbrush and his speed chrome cleaner and polish he can be seen in the pic working on the lugs of my Rims...this btw is within the first 5 minutes of meeting each other...

The logo in this pic is not off place...it is conveniently covering the izzat of our dear friend Imran...the least I could do for

Then popped in Nomi_89...a young kid, active and talkative on the forum but very shy and humble in real life...A very nice fully loaded Vitz and over sized Rims...nice clean interior. As soon as he arrived, he got into the wipe of his car. He is gearing up to get into the scratch removing regime as his car gets plenty of daily driver scratches...Shicks bhai...scratches remove hogaey to humarey pass bhee Shick mobile hai

And this ladies and gentlemen is Imran's lovely Alto...Tayyeb...keep a watch on this one...a serious ALTO entry here from Karachi

omar bhai and imran bhai very nice to see you / talk you guys on gtg day through skype, imran i appreciate ur passion for detailing which clearly reflecting in ur sweet alto, recently one of office assistant got same col alto from company and i saw visible differnce in shine of bumpers and body same seeing in ur alto, what you think if these bumpers should be treated with mild polishing to have shine , match with main body ?

main ne suna hai ye car just drink a liter petrol for 4 km drive and having something vvtli supercaharged engine.....:S

Well...slowly and surely we tried to make it to our shoot place...but the cowboys faced some obstacles put in by the red indians...the administration had conveniently place some new road blocks in the name of Sunday bazaar, so despite having a few minutes of daylight left, we had to back track a few times...

finally we reached a good spot next to the sea...but since the sun had by now gone over the horizon...we had stopped a km before the desalination plant...jo mill raha tha usey ghaneemat jaana...therefore no fancy parking...bus kharee kee aur shoro hogaey...

from here...the photography started...alongwith variable shutter speeds...

Talking about reflections in a reflection...the goth in Imran's well detailed Alto has gone invisible...notice the non stop footpath line running throughout in the goth's reflection seen in the reflection of Imran's Alto and then continuing in his original reflection of the road...

Somuch goingon.In cardetailing thread as i can see clearly one of the best thread pakwheels produce . After all mighty "Allah" credit goes to usman,amir,khurrum,badcheetah,margaller & so on plz forgive if i missed any name and lot of new pros like imran, mistero, rizi. We gave a slight cut, about a 1.5 to 2 micron only......to cleanse the top an give a fresh layer of paint out....comp used was Farecla G3, post pics of your car an then we can make a judgement of what you need done an what not...

Guyz i will be getting my khyber 98 almost genuine except some touchups ribboned soon
the ribbon will be done at a denting painting shop price is 1500 complete with ribon and polish(waxing n all )
my khyber is in ash grey colour plz guyzz guide me where should i get my car ribboned or waxed and all...........
i got a buffer with me but dun know which wax or how to do ribon which ribbon to use n all the stuff plz guyz guide me
