thank you sir,i am not a detailer at all,just seeking knowledge till yet.
About water i used about 200ml mixed with about 40 ml of PS,then apllied with air,then given a diesel air sprey,took turtle engine cleaner and washed the components using brushes,but at the end i had to blow a little water too(away from electricla components),to complete the process and then rubber/plastic conditioner over them.Dont you think PS more like an acid?i think frequent use of PS is harmful to the rubber pipes.
Water did bother me like head lamps relay got fried(even i coverd them with plastic bags) and i replaced it afterwards.

Diesel should not be sprayed it also damages rubber e.t.c. and also catches dust.

Heres my take on it, duno if you can grasp it, but give it a try, to the senior ones here, a debate is due, thing is I have found the semantics of "clearcoat safe" used by the manufacturers of these products very amusing, because they can be misleading to the general public. Many polishes (even compounds which is even more curious ) are labeled as 'clearcoat safe' even though they obviously contain abrasives, which, if used improperly CAN damage clearcoat paint, at least to the point of requiring additional abrasives and techniques to straighten out, which maybe leads to a false sense of security for the inexperienced that think it won't dull or cut paint. Abrasives are and will always remain abrasives, the degree of harshness may differ. Although perhaps not as harsh as what was used some 20 odd years earlier. Paint and technology has indeed changed. Also it has to to with engineered particle size and material composition, that is "clear coat safe" and effective when used per label instructions. "Clear Coat Safe' is where the semantics get nebulous though, because we all know people can mess up paint with even the finest of the fine grit polishes if used the wrong way. Some of it is also for marketing and sales, my take is when car makers switched over from single-stage finishes to clear coat over base, the store shelves started seeing waxes and products labled as 'clearcoat safe' (even though most waxes etc. ostensibly were prior) in order to convince the public that buying their product was allright. Hope it helped you.......waiting for arguements from others!

Sir, it has a PH rating, it is an acid but a very mild one, aap kay pipes waghera nahin kharab karta, but the diesel spray indeed was harmful.....kindly avoid that !

after using the PS i seen the condition of heater pipes which circulate the coolant inside the heater core,they were looking too much dry after using it and i was like:o seeing the condition of the coolant pipes so abruptly lubricated them.
yes i was wrong to wash out the extra residue left by the PS with diesel but then i knew i did a wrong step.(ghaltee tou barai barai be ker jatai hain naa,kiyun Omer bhai;))
i am happy you and hasaan pointed out my mistake.What about other mistakes:(

Sir, MashAllah I think you spent the whole day in detailing.....cleansing, black box, interior......an then RAIN ! :o....... what the heck, it prolly didnt affect the car much since you had all those layers of goody goody on it......the last pictures have given a better idea of your achievement.....sir aap ki class lagnay wali hai.....Ill ask other detailers to judge this....where you went wrong, an where you did aight! For me, this as a black box detail.....with claying.....adds up to say a B.......towards B- but Ill let you off with a B.....do a self analysis......heres what I did with black box,the before

You have considerable time on the thread, an many details now....get cracking sarkar.....Imran and Tayyab jaisay kakay Suzuki walon ko sharam dilatay hain, undoubtedly you have a very clean an shiny car......but thats not just for the common eye, when you see yourself from a detailers eye.......no hard feelings...aap ki bari agaye hai, an Im not going to detail the car for you, rather Im going to detail the car under you....or only supervise......be prepared brother.....yer smiles gona turn upside down when I get through....but yer car`s gona be a champ...thats the promise of his ROTARYNESS......an the best part is, yer gona do it all yerself.

For this issue our Guru V1 glazes the plastics and rubbers after cleaning with Pre-Soak to get rid of that dryness:)

SARKARRRRR! Jazzy77 yani keh Hassan Laeq nay aap ko jawab to day diya hai, lekin aap meray say bhi thori si theory parh lain....when you dont understand somthing, or when it gets tooooooooooooo complex for you, go down to the basics......what is PS? ITS A CLEANER....an its duty is to clean.....not rejuvenate......think of it like a clay bar, just like clay bar completely de-waxes the car an brings out all your hidden kartoot (swirls an god knows what other evils you had masked), same is with PS......now if you only clay the car an start screamin "AAY TAY TOKHA AAAY! GADDI TAY SARI KHUSKH HO GAE HAI" to iska matlab yeh hai keh aap may detaling taleem ki kami hai.....so meray bhai, PS say aap nay sirf safai ki, surkhi powder abhi baki hai, lehaza plastic trim to dash polish say dress karain, metal parts par metal polish lagain aur rubber par tyre dresser istamal karain.....InshAllah afaka hoga...

Most of us here may know that im currently doing a thesis work on behalf of my university, and for that to be approved i need some questionnaires filled, well 100 actually

My area of interest is " Workplace $exual Harassment, its causes, consequences and awareness programmes related to it "

I'd be greatful if you guys could take some time out and fill a questionnaire, each for me, or if someone wants, they could fill 2 or maybe more if they please lol

The questionnaire is extremely simple, you just have to tick or highlight on a 0-5 scale whether you strongly agree or strongly disagree with the statement, it is a bit lengthy, but our course outline asks us to make it extremely simple and understanding.
