Car Care and Detailing Dreams

Here us what i have done inthe afternoon.

A minor cut was done by rotary by Vague_one last night 10:00 pm on the boot top and hood of the car to get rid of some major scratches. It was very monir as the cuts were very deep and would required Wet Sanding to eliminate then to the roots.

So V1 reckons that he dont want to do wet sanding on it yet and i have to live with it, but to my surprise, the job was marvlous with the minor cut and the scratch now can be hidden with proper layering of waxes ( V1 i will reply on you to do it as well )

So, today i just washed the car, applied Mothers Hand Glaze and took it off while applying Turtle Ice Synthetic (Liquid).

As i ran out of Detailer Spray, so i left it to this stage, tomorow InshaAllah i will buy Detailer Spray and will apply a layer of Mothers Step 3 followed by Mothers Reflection Top Coat.

And yes... there is plenty of GRAPE FRUIT PEEL on my car ( So called Orange peel )

Turtle Ice Liquid Clay - it does not require any mixing with water.....its already a mixture of three elements... so just shake the bottle well and apply directly on the car. Applicator pads comes with it so use that if you require, else you can use the wash mitt as well....

It is a nice product and excellent for removing the waxes and other containments on the body.

comment please hope better thn previous but it was just after wash after it i polished it thn waxed it with turtle metallic wax

which polish u used ? and turtle metalic wax is for metalic paints so try turtle presion wax ( grean jar) or turtle ice synth than u will have better results inshallha

yes, the depth is low in the reflection. Need to apply carnuaba. I was out of detailer so didn't applied yet....as i take it off using detailer.

@ Ahmed-yar... na yar... ustaad jee nay khud he taqleeq uthai aur best result day diya...the way he uses rotary...uffff..it like a toy in his hand...i would have ripped off my car if i was to use it...

You heard V1 that needs more depth.. so tell me when your DA is getting ready...i am waiting more anxiously of your DA that you.......

Salam brothers,

I had my buddy(devilz_apprentice) over at my place this sunday for a clay bar session. A few weeks back, my neighbors tried a rare stunt, spray painting the window mesh, which caused a lot of paint overspray on my car

Did the liquid clay followed by the actual clay bar. The liquid clay was able to remove the tar easily but not the paint which was taken care of by the clay bar.

Put a generous layer of 3M paste wax and removed with ice detailer.

The camera in the phone was not able to capture even the slightest of glory but still...here are a few stills.

Overall experience with Turtle clay kit= very very good product. The quantities are pretty generous and the liquid clay is a must have for dewaxing when the need arises.

bhai gee as skill bhai suggest turtle black box must hai, even dont need rest things :), megs supreem shine and water magnet good hai
for rims i think tutrle ice syn or megs nxt syn good hai
add megs nxt as well

for interior megs nxt tech interior prtection good hai

no idea for import tex but must be heavy

JazakAllah for the kind words, trust me brother, everyone here makes it happen, I have a little edge of exp, by the time they get to my level of exp, they`ll be tons better than me! Words apart, what do you ride ? What detailing regime do you follow ?

usman bhai jo bhi ha kon kitna hi aga chala jay exp main but agar ap ki support na hote aur ap apna exp share na karta to no one here would b anything .. u r the role model here

bhai is there any difference in result of using a turtle liquid clar bar vs a clay bar kit ?

i just had a talk with the Guy of our company who is in charge of the custom dept , according to him " bhai single products pa tax nai hota unless ka ap commercial use ka lia bulk main manga raha ho , further ap jis sa manga raha ho us sa kaho ka as a gift send kara not as a sample koi tax nai laga ga , aur in case laga b to main kis lia betha hun custom main "

Alright guys, my car was really getting dirty due to daily rain.. halka sa chatta hi lagta hai, but still car per ajeez ajeeb say nishan parr jatay thay.. So for the very first time i try to only Wash my car with Tap water.. No kar'c'her and no shampoo at all.. Earlier i last waxed my car on 1st feb and after that i washed it on 16th Feb.. dats it.. So no de-waxing and that is why even after the simple tap water wash, the shine is still there due to earlier coat of wax

Here are before pictures.. u can see what i was talking about the rain "chatta"..

So these are after Pictures...

Products used:
- Tap water
- 1 small microfiber
- 1 Meg's Water Magnet mf for Drying purpose
- Apple iPhone 3g for Picture purpose (all un-edited pictures)
- No Shampoo, No polish, nothing at all..

Though i only washed the opper portion of car, no time for tyres and inside fenders) will do it tonight i just wash it with water and mf.. and after that dried with water magnet and 30min job done I Will do a complete wash with shampoo in evening and then first ever coat of GC tonight really excited about GC will share the Pictures & reeview of GC on Saturday/Sunday.
