Guys...as u know i have maintained my openness, honesty and bluntness on this thread from day one. I have shared all my happy moments and emotional ones without any inhibitions. However, i have also tried to surpress my irritation and anger most of the times but it has popped up at a few occassions when i did slap a few people on their wrists for being out of the line.
I am still very new...but i take detailing very seriously and perhaps that is how i gauge everyone else..there were a few posts on which i had quite a few nasty things to say to quite few people but i preferred to keep my mouth shut and stay away from the thread...better to be quiet and ignore then to ruin the threads atmosphere...so i focused on my detailing instead....
One lil concern that i have been witnessing here...we have suddenly gone into liking everything that has been posted...yes i know we have to encourage everyone but we also have to point out mistakes, incorrect applications and wrong regimes...we dont want to push detailers in the wrong direction...i know ahmed has been very politely hinting to a lot of people about their average or below average results...but that was about it. A lot of people may not like what i am saying...but the truth is that i became a detailer the day usman gave me a serious post n gave me three strikes...he had the guts to tell me that im screwing up after i was getting regular accolades week after week for good detailing....he made me go back to the basics...and today sir give me anything and ill give you results...and that is what we have to do for new detailers...my request to the seniors...dont even spare each other...a bad job by me or even kashif...dont be hypocrite...be open and post it...a request to the newbies...the best thing that can happen to you is crticism...learn to take it...reflect on it...and then follow it....everyone raving about how good a job youve done...well unless you are usman salaria or paul dalton, you know there is a lot to be achieved....i know usman is going to cringe on this...he hates to be classified as a top detailer but that is a fact. Plus Usman what has happened at ur end...no hard crticism, no point blank instructions...
I wont touch upon all those pages And topics that i have not commented on but i will touch upon one topic....SACA...
Guys i do not know waseem sb....never met him...but i do know one thing that he has directly or indirectly contributed tremendously to dc...especially to lahore n surrounding detailers...one strike and the daggers were pulled out...not fair yaar...
By the way...what is the authencity of the poster (price wala)...has a reciept been posted, have pics of products purchased been posted, if i remember correctly he was not willing to post pics and instead bluntly instructed to go check the pics on internet....
Are the products geniune....we all know that usa has best prices....how can a product being sold in us for 10usd be sold in khi for 600 pkr....sir something fishy...has anyone checked intl prices of these products before blasting saca...
A lil support for the said gentleman would have been better before passing the verdict on him...atleast that is what i would have done...i thought optimum here was expensive...two to three times till i actually went there...i found out that he is not 'as claimed' charging 2 or 3 times....he is much cheaper than that...i would never have found that out if i had not gone there myself...so maybe saca is charging high ir mybe he is not...i will stand by him as he has stood by us...and i will give my benefit of doubt to him...even at double prices of US...i think it is worth it...
By the way after a rush for GC, nxt, 3m and dodo...how come turtle has become the most important product in all our lives
