@Fahad5...new car...wax...detail...absolutely!!! you are car is currently swirl free or will have minimum swirls...paint is fresh...the choice is yours...you can maintain it, infact enhance it from right now or wait 6 months for it to go a couple of notches down and then rectify it....
Whether you want minimum indulgence in this hobby or go in heavy...let your first few applications decide that...if you want a clean and blinging car...you'll never go back.
Okay here is how you should spend your 2000-2500. Your biggest concern right now should be Micro fiber cloths. DO NOT LET ANY OTHER CLOTH TOUCH YOUR CAR...AND SPECIALLY A DRY ONE...biggest cause of swirls and scratches is a bad cloth or a dirty cloth. So 1200 of your budget should go on a 6 pack of MFs available at Optimum motorsports zamzama...if you approach from the back lane heading towards shamsheer, cross the park (on your right)...Optimum is in the lane with MILANO snacks on the corner, optimum is next to the sports bike showroom.
Next you should get the speed car care kit...the 500 ml pack comes for around 700 I guess...it has a shampoo, a tyre cleaner, liquid Carnuaba and a chrome cleaner. It is definetly geniune as it is the brand of our very own Khurram and he gets if formulated abroad. Excellent product range to start with...some members who will vouch it are Hakro and Accord...Infact...for your red, I will recommend this Carnauba mix because you will love the dark shade it will take your car to...the famous red lady was maintained for quite some time on SPEED. Last of all, spend 500 on Armor All Detailer from Optimum or 525 from hyper star. This will help you in cleaning your car between...you are not supposed to dry wipe your car even with an MF. the detailer will help you in safely removing the dirt and will also revive the waxed look...this is ofcourse till the wax coat lasts. You can use the detailer as often as you like. There are tons of other products that can be recommended but here the idea is to get you fully equipped with a GOOD BALANCE of products within your budget.
You will also need a liquid hand wash, as you need that to wash your MFs regularly. Do get that 6 pack as you will need plenty of MFs if you want to keep a perfect paint finish.
So your total kharcha comes to around 2400-2500...Do get in touch when you procure the stuff so that we can guide you on the application process.

@Anthrax...I need to know your budget...you can go for the same combo I recommended Fahad here...or you can go for some other stuff (since speed has nauba...diluted yes but still nauba), I can only recommend you once I know the depth of your pocket 
I am not recommending Turtle at this point in time to both of you for a couple of reasons...Saca Karachi is the place for turtle but if you must have seen there is a certain controversy going on...till that is solved...in terms of the ORIGIN of the products, I cannot recommend it. Shell pumps sell a lot of turtle but again supplied to them by Saca Karachi...and the bottle conditions (I checked thoroughly today) were very very dubious. the only place where I saw the ice range (still don't know thier suppliers) was EPCO in the forum but this was in November last year when I bought my first wax...don't know if they still have it.
