Sir, your paint lacks clarity, and that clarity will only come out from an extreme makeover.....paint is layered in the following order, from top to bottom, clearcoat, paint, primer, metal. The flaw your car has is in the paint, to reach that youll have to cut through the clearcoat. Continously grinding out the clear coat is only going to give you nightmares soon!
