Car Care and Detailing Dreams

A bit of detailing was done today.....

Products used,

Water (H20)
Shampoo - Dodo Super natural
Wax - Dodo Light Fantastic
Detailer - Dodo Detailer Spray
Microfibers - Meg's Supereme Shine

Rinsed the car using Black n Decker Pressure Washer, sprayed dodo super natural shampoo using spray bottle, let it sit for few minutes and then rinsed again using pressure washer.

No rubbing or anything, just rinsed it off and dried with microfiber. Applied a layer of Dodo Light Fantastic and buffed off panel by panel. Weather was quite hot so hazzing was just a minute, so did panel by panel - door by door.

Dressed the tires with STP and washed them again to get clean and less shiny effect.

Thanks to the Sealent that was applied a month ago, car washing is easy now. dust and other particles are easy to rinse without rubbing. Thanks Usman (V1).

last sat i also followed same shampoo method , like first i rinsed car with water than spray shampoo solution by simple water spary bottle, waited 2 or minuts to loosen the dirt than washed car with presure water, than i
again did shampoo and this time double bucket method with wash mit , in first rinse and shampoo spray most of dirt rinsed so in 2nd double bucket shampoo least chances of secratching surface.

Yes i found out the older posts ..........what about sealants. wolfgang autofinesse etc. and dodo juice and pomponazzi.......those kind of things. Are any of those available in Dubai / Sharjah ?

and i forgot what about the foam lancing solution / foam gung? are they available in UAE?

bhai jan i have been in dubai couple of times but unfortunatly never did such car detailing shopping so i dont have much idea.

about sealent, u already seen autofinesse sealent results over dodo waxes on my car so its really excellent sealent , i doubt its avilability in dubai so may be u consult kashif bhai for this sealent and dodo waxes, i belive u will get wolfgand deep shine sealent 3.0 from dubai and amir bhai using this and he seems also much satisfied with results.

for foam lancing solution , i am also looking for this and reuested usman bhai for any specifc brand , name for it :S

Ahmad Bahi as you know better than me that same product acts differently on different surface , for RL both products acts brilliantly , #26 is an amazing product and really darken the color & bring depth , as I am more bend towards carnauba so this rich oily product is my new love & I am loving & enjoying every bit of it.

Orange crush is first crush of RL so no1 took its place;) its a perfect combination of depth and reflection , the beauty of DoDo OC is that it reflects awesomely when ur at reflecting angle & when you took it head on you just sunk in the depth of DoDo

Yes, there is enhancement in shine n reflection plus depth after applying dodo waxes. There are different types of sealent. Depending upon the sealent u can play with the shine n depth. My basic aim was and is to use this sealent as a canvas and check different products on top of it.

This sealent will last 3 - 4 months easily and is not removeable with pre soaks, shampoo or low - medium end compounds. Saying that, u need to use abrassive compounds quiet a few time to remove this Auto Finesse Sealent.

So, if you need to apply sealent, always make sure that the surface is prepared fully and only then you can enjoy the sealent surface.

kashif bhai 100% agree with you, difernt kind of sealents deliver differnt optic, 3m performance finish giving good reflections but lacks in depthness and colour darkning, i belive 3m performance finish is good for lighter colours where as autofiness deliverd depthness and reflections at same time, hopefully by next month inshallha will do a to z detailing on my gher wali's white alto , megs claybar, megs polishing, turtle glazing, megs gc and 3m sealent

yaar kindly re-check your bill if you remember, agar 300 ki hai then please buy 2 Piece for me, i will be visiting Islamabad soon.. i talked with Jugno bhai on phone at time of purchasing, unko bi yahi kaha k agar yeah gun 300-400 ki hoti to mai lay aata, but 829 is too much for me.. simple Nozl hi sai hai maray liyay.. n that's why i just didn't purchased it for myself. So please please if its for 300 or even 350, then buy 2 for me..

Selling to Purchase Lens for my SLR Camera. also in my society, water Pressure is way too good to wash car without using any Pressure Machine, i have uploaded a video last week washing my City's Engine bay using normal Tap water and one can imagen the pressure of "Sarkari Pani" without using any Donkey Pump

about final price I will request you to please drop it lil more as its only 2k less than brand new b&d

sir ji B&D is something else, if you compare this Karcher brand new price vs my price, then i think i am asking normal. 14k vs 10k .. German made and build quality is excellent Rest all ur choice.. my asking price is not related to B&D.. this is Karcher so please compare it with new karcher ..

karcher 100 bar available for 10k+ here at metro, any one interested grab it ASAP, it was written as special offer on the stand as previously 14k now 10k

went to metro with xzap today (thanks mate). the shower is not available there. an other was available with long rod and different trigger mechanism but was really low in build quality and also for 1100/-
