AoA brothers.. The alloy rims of my city are looking really bad because of the scuffs and scratches on them, so i'm thinking of getting them repainted.. So should i go with the same color or should i change the color to grey???

3m have exceptional quality of car care products you an try it but better go meguiars cleaner wax that is paste wax and long lasting better go for it if you seen metallic grey swift detailed by v1 its base was treated with meg's cleaner wax and the light swirls was removed it truly serves its purpose ..

Didnt sleep all night an after offering fajar headed out to Lucky Leos place....his black corolla was the project for the day......heres what we had to tend to

swirl swirl swirl all yer way!!!

The pads used with the rotary were, Meguairs cutting pad,Meguairs polishing pad and Meguairs finishing pad.............

The products used were Turtle Wax Black Box, an Turtle Wax scratch and swirl remover....

Scratch removal in process..........first application of Turtle wax swirl an scratch remover with Meguairs cutting pad.....an usage of STEP 1 of Turtle Wax Black Box i.e. PRE WAX CLEANER with Meguair`s polishing pad...............

Step 1 of Turtle Wax Black Box removed with Turtle Wax Black Box Detailer Spray, then application of Turtle Wax Black Box Step 2 Black Carnuba Blend Wax by Meguairs finishing pad...an removal by hand through Turtle Wax Black Box Detailer Spray an buffing as well

An dil tham kay bethoo bhaiyoo, gari khatam kar kay bahar gaye aur pics huin kuch aisay.........final result!!!

The last pic is the reflection on the door, not of the bricks an grass itself...peer closely at the left hand corner an you`ll catch the door cut!

Kindly give review on difference between cosmic wax and formula1 wax in terms of price and quality (difference of quality and price)
Also visited metro karachi last time and found no Armourall shampoo. Only formula1 shampoo available. Should i buy it or search for armorall somewhere else (also suggest where to buy in khi)

ahmed bhai you clayed the whole car?? some freshness can observed please tell me which synthtic wax is best 3m show car paste or meguiars NXt 2.0 and also share the experience of autofinese sealant was it easy to buff?

nahi peyare bhai not clayed, its autofinesse sealant which giving such fresh look
dear 3m perfect it show car wax falls in natural carnuaba range so u cant compare duarability with syn waxes, sure nxt more duarable but 3m past wax gives drippling wet look specialy on lighter cols as in dark cols it lacks depthness. if u compare 3m performance finish ( synthetic wax ) with nxt than sure 3m better results and duarability than nxt ( based on personal experince )

autofinesse having 2 types of sealant one is for 3 months protection and other is for 6 month duarability. since www.detailingcrew.com is now authorize dealer in pakistan so both avilable there at very attractive rates, the one i applied is autofinesse tough coat sealant with 3 months protection, its spray type, for best results car surface should be well prepared and application must be very even otherwise its strong enough and u have to bear that unevenness for next 3 to 4 months hehe

@Ahmad bhai, i have discovered another trick to make old paints workable, just wax with cosmic first, then higher end waxes seem to behave normally,

bro can u please elaborate more what problem are u facing with your old paint?? using cosmic at base is nothing but wasting the higher end waxes because base wax (cosmic) is already too weak to withstand heat for 2 or 3 days !! ??

i somewhat agree with shahrukh bhai
yes cosmic can fil the purpose to have evenness but on other hand its oils and waxes on car surface will not provide good bounding surface to later waxes or sealants
glazes , cleaner waxes, paint cleansers produced specially for preparing surface base so they use differnt oils and waxes which penitrate into skin so provide even surface with good bounding properties to waxes and sealants as final step products, yes by cosmic u can make even surface but final step product will not last longer on cosmic base
