Bro, for washing instructions see the first post by vague_one (which appears on every page) and go to the page/post number which will guide you.
Anyway, simple instructions for washing would be to rinse of the surface dirt/dust with water (NOT at high pressure). If you're using a wash mitt and car wash/shampoo use two buckets: one with the car wash and one with pure water. Firstly, you soak the mitt into the bucket containing car wash. Squeeze it gently to remove excess car wash. Start on one panel e.g bonnet. Use a back and forth motion to wash which minimizes chances of swirls. After you're done dip the mitt into the bucket with pure/clean water to get rid of any dirt it may have picked up. Now, when you rinse the bonnet, rinse by placing the hose parallel to the paint surface. You may use pressure if necessary. Don't rinse the suds(car wash/foam) like a firefighter puts out fire.....rinse it so that the suds flow down.....like a waterfall. Wash your car thoroughly so that drying becomes easier. After you've washed and rinsed the whole car its time for drying. You may need a drying towel which soaks up a lot of water. Again a back and forth motion is advised to dry every panel including trim, curved parts, small areas where water collects etc. Now you have a dry car that is ready for waxing.
