Seems like im becoming a brand ambassador for Turtle Wax, meray bhai this is cleaned with Turtle Wax Pre-Soak bought from Saca Autos on Montgomery Road, Lahore, an this is just the engine after a light scrub, not one of my junooni sessions where i drop the kids an their mom over at my in-laws an spend all night with my car.....eventually in the morning im wearing a back brace from stoopin gover into the engine....kindly scroll back to read the review..JazakAllah

I dont know about the mothers kit, but the Turtle Wax Ice Clay Bar kit has been under my usage, consists of liquid clay bar, you clean the car with this first, then it has a car detailing spray to use for lubrication an the solid clay bar itself all included in the kit an it does a might fine job....margallar will testify to it, his car had some industrial overspray on his car an at the PW anniversary gtg i did a small portion of his roof an he`s a mureed of it.

well according to my info buffing has 3 step for waxing first rubbing compound use wid wool pad second u have to add foam pad and use wid polish to remove swrills marks and third wash out the car to remove compund and polish from body than apply wax with hand and rub it with micro fiber thats all u are done with it

Brother that depends on what you want to do.
If you just want to wax the car you can use a buffer whether the Orbital or Rotary buffer.But if you are going to remove paint defects,then you may need to use the other backing plates maybe of foam or some other material.

i used to have an orbital buffer, but never used it, it got screwed over time.
since you've used both of these, what would you suggest, which one is safer to use, gives off a good result and is user friendly?

ive always relied on my hands for waxing, but in summers it gets really hard to wash and then wax the car..so i was planning to maybe buy an automatic buffer.

From my original review:

Price: : Ill do a lil maths here, its around Rs.1,100 a litre, to use it you must dilute it with a mixture ratio of 1:5 with water, so technically yer getting 6 litres of solution. Now i reckon 200 ml is enough for a car`s underbody and engine, so 6000ml (6litres)/200ml = 30 washes, now if you divide the cost over the number of washes you get Rs.1,100/ 30 (amount of washes)= Rs.36.66, round off to 40 measly bucks for this amount of cleaning power is ridiculusly insane.

Now as far as the intake goes, its brand spanking new my friend, this was the closest colour i could find to match the cars engine bay and the cars colour, i dont like the "RANG BARANGI, SUB TUH CHANGI" approach when it comes to aftermarket parts. Even the breather filter took me a while to find in a matching tone, plus i think the microscopic steel mesh on the intake is making it look lighter than it already is, pics mai theek nahin aa raha, i dare say women couldn`t find a better match of their duppatta with their kameez than this matching! sure hope my wife doesnt end up reading these posts!

For a frequent use, like I wax my car weekly, I would advise you to use an Orbital Buffer.There are two options(or maybe more than that) available in the market.One is the Biloxxi Orbital Buffer and the other is Black and Decker Orbital Buffer available at Metros.
Biloxxi will cost you approximately Rs.2000 while the Black and Decker will cost you approximately Rs4000.Buy the Biloxxi one as it serves the purpose well.

The rotary buffer is actually not meant for a frequent use like waxing etc.It can easily eat your clear coat if you apply more pressure or use it more frequently.Once in a blue moon, or when you are thinking of removing swirls,spiderwebs or other paint defects, you can use it.

Since most of the time you wax your car and by far your Civic is most dashing Masha'Allah.It may not need paint correction treatments.Just a frequent waxing will keep your car in top notch conditon.

The trick is to treat your car like your child, and that does it all lol.
Anyway, Biloxxi would do just fine then, i might be getting it soon inshAllah, i hope it is available at Metro, DHA; ive always been a little hesitant on using rotary buffer on my car, especially because of the reason you mentioned above, but i think oribital is now the need of the moment because it wont get any cooler here in Pakistan.

Tayyab you wax your car every week! how do you you manage that how much time does it take to wax your car completely?? also please tell me do you use car tyre shine polishes do they bring wetty shine or its just the pic on their products??

i am not tayyab, but still.
yes it is completely fine to wax your car every week, infact in winters i wax my car two times in a week.
if you do it properly, and not just for the sake of it, it takes at most 1-2 hours.(waxing my car from the outside, i also wax the door pannels and sills of my car, as well as polishing it from the inside.)
car tyre shine products do work, but in our environment they dont last long, though they give a deep black feel to the tyres, especially after a surf wash. but they do not work like what they show in the pictures, atleast not for me.
