Sir yeh to sola anay sachi baat ki hai, I`m trying to change the colour in mines, I do manage it but cant retain it....darn thats a very very very pampered lady Umair has.....cha gaya hai cheetay ! Consistency is the key ma man, consistency! Ahmed bhai, that was in the start, aaj kal aap say dar lagta hai!!!

Wish I had energy for my car, but sigh, I only manage to get it dark a few days, an then its the other cars turns, an when I do get time to see the car again, its back to the normal one.....himmat hai ustad teri!

I need your suggestions the two issues listed below;

1. Paint protection film.
   I have plan to wrap my car with a paint protection film, known as 3M scotchgard film. I have the option to buy direct from 3M USA. However, if there is an authorized re-seller of 3M (original) products in Sialkot, Lahore, Gurawala, Islamabad then I can buy locally. Please let me know if you have such information.

2. There is some dust sitting on my car engine compartment. I want to clean car Engine. Since, I never used or washed the vehicle engine compartment with water. Is there an alternative? Please suggest? Remember that I will never wash engine compartment with water.

These products will give you much better results than the cosmic or f1 as they are imported and higher in quality. The wax choice between super hard shell and the cleaner wax depends on your car skin. If your car paint is not smooth to the touch then using a cleaner wax will remove some of the bonded contaminants within the paint and give shine and protection at the same time. Whereas using hard shell wax will give protection but no/very little cleaning. Swirl and scratch remover was recommended to me by a detailer brother.....you can get it for around 450rupees. The liquid hard shell wax is the same as the paste one but i would recommend the paste wax due to more durability.
Go to SACA plus on Montgomery road; they are importers of these products and will provide you what you need. Their shop is inside sunny plaza and ask for Mr. Waseem.

Today I gave the engine bay a shot! Used nothing fancy just hands and a tooth brush and some shampoo. And here it is.

Still not dressed at the time of pictures because was slightly wet. I usually apply sun of a gun and turtle ice synthetic Liquid polish to the plastic and rubber parts. Works good for me.

The thing is, though its too clean for a service wala or any normal human being but not to a detailer. When I peek inside sometimes, I notice a whitish spot. I can't reach it with any brush.

Is there something very strong that can be simply sprayed on to the dirty parts and makes the dirt flow away?

P.S Sorry for the noisy and improperly focused pictures; Maghrib ho chali thee car finish kartay kartay.

Very nice effort ma sha Allah but few observations regarding placement of cng regulator n advancer
1. try relocating the regulator to another place as its current location is something which is at forefront to get a blow in case of collision God forbid. You must have seen the pipes of radiator going off in case of frontal impact but those contain water and here it is CH4 Methane gas which can add to the heat of collision.

1. Try to fix it behind the airfilter box close to firewall area if there is enough space , the place where the green advancer is present, or you can find another safe place for it if you got what I wanted to make u understand in pt 1.

2. When washing the car wrap the advancer in a plastic bag or something like that.

Hope you don't mind my above points but couldn't resist writing those as safety first.

i will surley do this once i get hold on the products thank u very much ahmad bhai what do u recommend for glaze??

bhai jan allways take start from basics and one u get command than upgrade to high level professional products
if u sourcing from uk than try to find meguair's #7 glaze its a good on dark paints, just read application directions before to go on , u have to apply this glaze panel by panel , means apply glaze on one panel and than buff out, even for bigger panel do in 2 halfs
glaze dont have paint cutting ability, its simply clean the surface and fill / hide minor imperfections and most important give very deep rich look to paint
i belive every dark painted car must need glaze for show car shine

u always do miracles with basic products so what would happen with real quaility stuff ?
mashallha seems very neat and clean and yes idsi city engine bay realy very tight and complicated than ivtec

Someone scratched right rear door of my car from two places n I really got upset to see them.

Went to paint shop and got some paint and brush to apply qalam, done it with thick paint. And now planning to have it sanded and compound it but wanted to do it my self and only on the area of qalam. So need guidance from guru's which sand paper to use and what are the precautions for doing it. Or just leave with the qalam ?

Don't have pics at the movement but will try have it in the morning

ohh mansoor bhai so sad to hear bad news about my orca's twin sister , i realy dont understand why people do this ? what they get by doing this ? why not they understand by jelousy they cant get anything in return but if they happy in others happiness and in every case tks to Allha almighty, work hard than sure one day they can also get same or even better

dear sanding realy require best experties and ur car just new i afraid any small mistake can further damage ur paint , i guess usman bhai v1 planing to visit islamabad in early dec so better wait for him

just for ur info for sanding u require sanding papers like 3m 1500 to 3000 or 3500 grit dip all papers in water for over night and next day start from 1500 paper and than 2500 paper and final 3000 or 3500 paper , use deyailer spray while sanding u can make home made sanding lube like 1 liter water and add one table spoon wash and wax shampoo mix it well and spray ample qty while sanding
after sanding, compounding, polishing and final wax for protection.

again my recomendadtion is dont do it ur self for first time , better let do this work for any expert and if u realy wish to do it ur self than better first try on any older car for practice

After that off-roading (Click Here) my bike was fully covered with dust.. And as i was tired so didnt bothered to clean the bike.. Today took some time out to clean the bike..




As you can see the bike is covered with dust...











So went to friends place, as i live in hostel and gave a shower to bike to remove the fine dust








After spraying some water, almost 70% of the dust gone.. Pic taken after splashing some water





Now onto cleaning lower parts of the body, its very time consuming








Cleaning the tank and plastic body parts now..








Now some mechanical power .. washing the bike ..











Letting it dry for sometime in sunshine..





Now cleaning with soft cloth





After drying the bike.. Applied formula 1 scratch out on tank..





Now rubbing it slightly and cleaning it





After rubbing and cleaning the scratch out





Now applying some wax, I used Cosmic Wax.. It gives pretty good results





After waxing and cleaning all the body plastic parts.. You can see the reflection








Now applying some WD40 on lower parts.. Usually to joints and shocks








Now applying BRASSO on rear and front rims...








Engine.. After Cleaning and applying brasso
