Dear all, its been quite a time I have been on PW, specially this thread really keeps me PUMPED UP..(H)
Im also mad about keeping my ride neat and clean and even I get very often some "daant dapat" from my ammi that "why you always been cleaning your car like a mad":(....But i just love to do it..
But i have always been doing simple cleaning techniques and didnt know about the word "detailing" before.

My practice is to simply wash the car with water and cloth and then polishing it with a simple polish available in market.
But with the passage of time my car is loosing its shine, it doesnt give that shine after wash as it used to have an year back. Also the roof and bonnet have become v rough. My brother suggests me that I should buff my car from market..is it OK?

kindly let me know what to do to:
-remove surface roughness
-to give it a shinny look

In my view I should give it a proper shampoo wash then polish? or what??:S
kindly suggest simple steps with the products to be used (considering Im having a limited budget).
My car is cuore 2006.

good to see you bro taking intrest in detailing
first u need to tell us ur washing technique are u washing weekly or weakly ?
do u wash from surf or with just hose and 10 rs kapara withit to remove dust ?
Proper thing would be wash the car with 2 bucket system meaning one bucket with water ,and one with shampoo mixture and wash it with wash mitt but remember first wash the tyres then the body , why becuase if u wash body first and then the tyre then u would be splashing dirt on ur body again!
now coming to the part polish is a different thing and wax is another ,
polish is an abrasive product and used very less like u will be using polish after a month or so
wax gives ur rides paint protection .smothens it gives it a it of a shine

NOW what u need to do is tell us how does ur paint feel is it danedar ? does it have swirls? is it looking dull post a pic and tell us how the paint feel when u touch it ? after these we will be able to tell u what do u need to bring back the shine of ur paint

perfect use of black box, well i never tried black box but aamir bhai @skill, even usman bhai have used it and witness of perfect results , this is trutle magic box for black cars specially for neglected skins
