These doors can be changed Here in Pakistan as well as in japan or from where the car was imported have seen plenty of this panel changing work behind Jail Road Karachi and a hell lot of these Japanese doors at Shershah Karachi all shapes and sizes

It wasn't painted properly. The old white paint should have been removed and new primer and basecoat should've been applied
you dont need to remove paint, just a good scuffing will do.
It would do no doubt, but removing paint and applying new primer would definitely allow new paint to adhere better
yes, but scuffing the paint is necessary before spraying the primer. Ustaad painter probably doesnt even know what scuff is,
