Bro, both have their Pros and Cons.
I own Passo, and I am having excellent experience with it; smooth drive, chilling AC, highly fuel efficient engine, CVT transmission (best suited for extreme rush and stop and go traffic) and many other features, most importantly, no locally assembled vehicle matches build quality of Japanese assembled cars. Door band karnay hi sey quality ka idea ho jata hai.
On the other hand, Cultus / Celerio will be a brand new vehicle, and zero meter car ka apna hi maza hai. It's build quality may not match Passo, but very good in it's class. Wagon R and Cultus 02 wahid cars hain jinn mein Pak Suzuki ney Kuj quality di hai. It's interior is wonderful, and with K-Next engine, it gives extremely good fuel efficiency. Cultus AGS will cost you more than 15.25 lac (invoice price).
And Yes, normal and routine maintenance k parts markets mein easily available hain, but agar Khuda Na Khawasta koi cheez tuut jye (e.g. lights, etc.) ya accident wagaira ho jye, GOD Forbid, then parts mehangay miltay hain (but mill jatay hain). I am not sure regarding Cultus, but I think, uss k b spare parts sastay nai hain.
Rest all depends on you and ultimate choice will be yours.
I hope, it helps. Thank you.
