Why 1000cc and budget 1 million?Get Honda city 2005-6-7 it gives good mileage...i used my alto for FAST route for around 3 years..gave my mileage around 200km per cylinder, but you have more budget...see what u can grab...and too many fastians in this thread

suzuki swoft..u can get brand new by adding just 1lac above ur budget..but i wud recommened cultus efi...its hell economical..good pick n all..plus good suspension..try gettin VXL thingy..its poewr windows n powered steering
