check for cracked washer on the cover bolt if washer is cracked that means the cover whenever opened by whosoever was not properly torqued inspect closely if there is any visible fracture on the cover hopefully not simply replace the washer on bolt clean the cover and keep check on any smudge again.

When I used to see such leaks I bought the cover rubber gasket, the 4 rubber grommets and also the 4 spark plug hole seals too. If one rubber is aging all of the other is following very closely.

Brother your car was heating on Ac without Ac . yesterday I faced same situation while driving on high way all water from radiator suddenly vanished. Car got heat up I parked the car beside the road . after half hour I filled water and turned off Ac and drive 100km distance .car does not get heat up
What was my problem ????? Why suddenly get heat up?
