Need advice as to what are transfer expenses fro Corolla Xli 2010, obviously Isbd regd.
Does it differ if the purchaser is paying income tax or not?
presence of purchaser necessary or not?

About 2000 transfer fee. WHT is applicable for 2010 and the purchaser pays it. WHT is different for filer and non filer

AoA, If you are not going to transfer the papers/ registration to your own name, so what you have is much enough.

Yes it differs. If the owner/ purchaser is Tax payer (in Anyway) & has NTN, then he will have minimum charges in transferring/ even Token fee.

Hi. Are there any risks associated with giving someone an open transfer letter. I am planning to sell my car and a friend discouraged me from giving open trnasfer letter to the buyer. Instead he says ask the buyer to get it transferred in his name once and for all.
