well faraz bhai
there are two kinda CPLC remarks
(1)Kachi Parchi Kati for less than 24 hours car recovered, and cleared(Thats Ok Case)
(2)more Than 24 Hours Passed on Kachi parchi so it becomes FIR automatically, and this takes time 1 day 2 day 1 week, more than that so any crime can be done in this period of time,so the buyers here in karachi kinda confused if remarks in CPLC are coming that "Ik dafa chin k mili hai ab clear hai gari" this has alot under,
like my cousin buyed a car,the case was from no parking car was put up he cut Kachi parchi, and car recoverd from next round about in less than 3 hours, and than he got clearance certificate from CPLC as well but remarks were there in the end operator says its cleared now"
if you have source in CPLC so try to find out track record that for how much time was it stolen, was it used in any crime,if the PAKKI FIR been cut on the car more than 24 hours so that means 20-25 thousand less price than car's market,if the condition first case happened and car is in awosom condition so price dont get less, depends upon buyer and seller deals...
though These excuses are made by showroom dealers, brokers when they go to buy the car...so they make it excuse...
