In every case these thugs know the engine chassis number of vehicle stolen because the police station guys get monthly from them and they give all the detail or even copy of FIR for instance
They took ur mobile # from FIR
They took ur engine chassis # colour registration # place and time of stealing every detail
We innocent people are conned by these detail that he had our car that's why he knows such detail.
If any call received ask them any physical appearance mark inside or outside for satisfaction that he had ur vehicle
You should have abducted don't trust any call unless u get real confirmation
Try to ask his location and involve local of his area to give ransom money and ask him yo deliver ur vehicle to him if he didn't agree leave the car its not with him
Mobile # can be tracked even if it is switched off and sim is present in it police department can extract imei no of his cellphone and if he changed the sim card you can track him by his imei no if sim is present in cellphone even switched off.
If u have resources in military give them number they will track him down by the above mentioned way
