they should put few thieves caught red handed on trial and cut their hands as an example

if we catch thieves red handed and burn them alive on the spot, i can bet you that crime in that area will drop to zero for atleast a few years.

Ohh, Very sad.. Car snatching or stealing is becoming a common news.

I lost my Corolla 2.0D 2000 model in June 2010. So far no news from any end. By profession I am a lawyer so when I lost my car I had chance to meet car lifters.

As per their (Car lifters) statment. They have keys of all Corolla, Honda and Prado they just insert key in and drive away. They have all solutions of our so called locks. China lock, Tracker, Security System whatever we install they know how to open/break that. (however these lock take some time to open/break so don't ignore them). Car lifter asked me which car do u have now I had Mehran as well at that time. He callanged me while he was in lock up, just give me 20 Sec for Mehran and then find me and ur car.

Only solution which he told me is... PITAL KA TALA.. which would cost some 1500 rupees... I dont know which one is that and how does it look like.

Anyways, we can pray for all of us who snatched/lost their cars and who owns. May Allah accept our apologys and recover our cars from these car lifters. Ameen
