Over the past few months things have changed a lot for the vendors. Company have dropped their fares. Because every second person has got leased cars from banks and hired drivers and hooked them in to careem and uber. The demand in terms of rides is low and supply of cars have significantly increased. It has become very difficult to maintain a good profit at the end of month and at the same time let our cars remain maintained as well. Even if we are able to save 15000 per month, which is very difficult considering the maintenance/fuel/driver salary but lets assume that we save down some on maintenance, after one year our cars will be more than 1 lac KM driven and tires/engine/suspension/seats/a.c performance will be in pathetic condition, so we shall either spend money to bring them back in some shape or loose money while selling our cars due to pathetic condition. So after one year our total yearly earning shall be around 150,000-180,000 and that's the amount we shall be loosing while selling our cars or getting them maintained. Don't forget that in this analysis we are not taking in to account major unfortunate incidents where the driver runs into other cars because of excessive pressure of fulfilling target rides. So make your moves wisely!
