Safdar sb, if your ceramic converter is rattling, so its best either to remove it completely and replace with OEM or remove the converter and check if you are getting a check light or not.
However in case if you are not getting a check light (lucky) then your only problem would be a slightly heavy noise from the silencer. You can ask the silencer expert to fit another cover on the original dholki (this will reduce the sound) or wrap some rubber material (like a mat) around your dholki . This should reduce the sound a bit.
if you are disturbed by the sound then go to bilal ganj and find a dholki in good condition and fit the same / or buy a new one.
otherwise benefit of a removed converter is quite a bit specially if you like to go to northern areas . On inclines and in areas covered on both side by mountains (decrease in oxygen) the car struggles a lot.
For example while going from Naran to Babusar there are a lot of places where the incline isn't much but still the car struggles to build speed, this is due to lack of oxygen and even though we have efi engines , still that doesn't help much. I was quite disturbed when this happened with me but on looking back I saw new cars coming behind me having the same problem so I was satisfied. This same thing happens in the area of Nathiagali also.
Ever climbed from Abbotabad to Nathiagali ? you will be wishing for an 1,800 cc engine then
