i remember some vintage car/bike owners were looking for a place for hard chrome plating, i just found this ad today

the problem of gearshift is gone 80% 20% remain to checking on road. the bike use to get heat up so i also open the head and found no ring gap in 1 cylinder re gap the ring as per company recommendation and polish cylinder glass .

old pics with yellow arrow mark which i called gearshift stopper was worn badly i sanded it and will buff it for smooth shifts.

opening the engine this time i learned alot and discoverd very helpful things specially gearbox

Yaser Sb. You are on what is call the learning curve. When you do the job the second time, as you have seen yourself, you learn a huge deal more. I am certain that this time around your bike will be smooth like butter.

Great to hear that you have isolated yet another cause for the hard shifting. I am assuming that at this time there is no oil and you are dry testing the gear shifting. Once the gear train is in the oil bath, it will become 10-20% more smooth. At a later date, if the original CB350 neutral switch is faulty and you are not able to find a replacement, you might try fitting one from the CB125 :o

finally i resolve my issues almost 90% . bike runs very smooth gear shifting is also good not perfect but now atleast i can engage my 5 gear easily but bit hard (footpeg need to be rebuild) i havent drove it that much but idle speed is now also came back to normal before it wasn't even idles properly am going for ride to celebrate independence day

Hello. I am a Honda enthusiast living on the island of Gozo, Malta,Europe and for the past weeks have been trying to contact a guy who is a member of this site and who goes by the name of Patnees. He had advertised in 2011 that he had 5 sets of silencers/exhausts for the Honda CB650 (HondaCB650 - View topic - Honda CB650 NOS Stock Exhaust Muffler). i knew you will catch me abbasi sab well first of all little busy in my work importing an hybrid car recovering my pending amounts for duties etc .

ab rahi bat cb350 ki to i really enjoyed. a little scary poor braking didnt allow me to go further 140 plus a friend car was checking my speed.

uploading a video to show atleast this bike is in running condtion and very sorry for poor quality video

am planing to add peshawari tradition in next build but that would be just related to cosmetic touch. exhaust tires will be upgraded and front wind shield . i need 120 80 18 tire used new in good condition that will be a great help for me
