should i go for repairing of crank or try to get another one?

Bearing try generator spare shops for that usually ppl use generator parts to overhaul cd175 engine crank try to find one kabli reapring won't last

p.s yar koi 5-6 Hazaar ki Dead(SCRAP) Halat mein (with complete Papers) nahi milti CD175? , haali Chassis aur Engine ka Palla he hojaye muqammal Papers k sath, anyone?

It quite impossible to find cd175 in 5-6k increase you budget to 15-16k you might find a dead cd175

here are 3, 4 mechanics which deal in 200 and also CD 185 and CD 175

you are from lahore so why asking about faisalabad

if need i may provide you complete addresses and contact nos of the mechanics

Check rocker arm with vernier caliper for wear a mm out of spec can seriously effect valve lift

Looks good in picture still measuring them will be a good idea as small wear is very hard to detect

I have service manual for cd175 covering different models k3,k4 slope etc for sale pm me if interested

actually paying 10-16K for CD175 is somewhat awkward because when you look at its engine mechanism(Single Chain) as compare to CD200(Duel Chain) you'll prefer to buy CD200 instead of CD175, ager Motorbike muqamal mile that is every part is intact tou its worth paying 10 to 16K but if Body/Engine parts are missing from the Bike phir koi Faida nahi, khair THARAQ ki baat hai saari

Today i managed to search Timing chain

i found a chain shop

and found the number of chain

chain no 219

and length required is 82L
