CD70 2011 Smoke & Top Speed issue

Assalam.o.alaikum to everyone who is seeing this.
I recently got this bike (CD70 2011 model) from my Mamu Jee(for free). He said "There is no work needed except tuning and oil change". And really, the engine is smooth, pick is smooth, sound is OK.

Actually there was an issue!
Bike goes to 60kmph (on odometer) smoothly but after that viberation & sound rises (like the RPM is increasing but speed is not, wo smoothness & linear flow nahi rehta). I thought "Tuning and oil change ke baad theek ho jaye ga"

I used the bike in this situation for a week (20kms daily) without Tuning and Oil Change.

Now after Tuning and Oil Change(Havoline genuine), the issue is still there (Bike goes upto 60kmph smoothly but after that !!!!) also I noticed White Smoke coming out from the silencer when I rev it on neutral. (Don't know ke Tuning sy pehly bhi aesa hi tha ya nahi).

Now you Lovely experts tell me what to do? @Hassan1991 please mention other experts you know!

That vibrations can be caused by weak clutch plates.
And mechanic is right. Bad valve seals and rings causes smoke. Between smoke is in cold start or continuous?

Smoke continuous hai!
Or vibration sirf tab hi hoti hai jab 60 sy upr jao, us sy neechay bike bilkul smooth chalti hai. Still clutch plate ka hi masla ho skta hai?
Or kab tak aesay hi use krta rahun isko?

To check clutch plates. Give sudden throttle in 4th gear of you hear bike screaming but not picking speed then clutch plates are gone.
Rings causes continuous smoke.
You can use it. But keep an eye on engine oil. It will drop after some km's.

So now I checked everything you said to.
There was is no issue like "screaming" or "not-picking".
Final ye hai ke "Gear apni limit pr janay sy pehly hi hard ho jata hai"
I also checked the Engine Oil level and here are some images:

Your engine is not making enough compression stroke due to leakage. And that's why it's burning oil. You can see the color of your engine oil.

What is the solution? I want this engine to perform like new, tell me, what can I do.
And at what cost?

New piston rings and valve seals. If valve guides and seats are okay.
You can get parts in less then 1k. No idea about labour.

Head change krny ki zarurat hai ya nahi? koi faraq aaye ga agar head bhi change kr lu?

Nae nae. Head nae change hota. Valves change hoty haien incase if they are worn out.

UPDATE:
Tomorrow, before going to work, I unscrewed the Oil Gauge to check Engine Oil level and color. I was shocked to see that there was nothing in the engine & inside of the engine was visible. (It was only 20 days since the last oil change).
I immediately took it to the mechanic and told him to replace the Piston Rings.
Following was total Kharcha:

1) Rings 0 size (ATLAS HONDA) = Rs 230
2) Half Jain Kit (Gaskets etc) (LOCAL) = Rs 70
3) Bari Got (CRLF) = Rs 40
4) Engine Oil (Havoline) = Rs 320
5) Ail Filter = Rs 50
6) Labour = Rs 200
TOTAL = 910/-

Now my bike is giving NO SMOKE.
Alhamdulillah!

How should I use this bike now (I mean during the Break-in period) ?
