You have REACTIVATION LOCK enabled. That's why you can't flash through Odin.

Since Odin will get stuck at system.img every time you flash, you need to download the replacement of Kies.
It's called Samsung Smart Switch.
Download it. Connect your phone and hit the emergency firmware button. It'll re-flash your phone.

You can also install avast anti theft app.

You don't need to keep location on all the time, but even if you do, it will not consume significant amount of battery. When you remotely try to locate the device, it will turn on location service in phone automatically even if its off.

But do confirm on your model, as in mine find my mobile works if location is off.

Turn off location in phone and locate your phone with your laptop.

Well Bro thanks for your help but the problem got resolved last night when my friend connected the phone with another cable and it worked , thanks but want to know more about activation lock

Activation Lock is like iCloud lock on Apple.

You sign into your phone with Samsung account, turn re-activation lock on and use your device.

If someone re-partitions the device, flashes stock firmware or does a hard reset, the device will not unlock until the Samsung account is signed on and Activation Lock is removed on the device.

I tried and tested myself on G900F.
It was on Lollipop, I turned activation lock on. Did a reset through recovery. Tried setting up the device, couldn't get past.
I re-partitioned the device, flashed and downgraded to KitKat, including the KK Bootloader, Activation lock remained ON.

Nothing worked, no way of bypassing until I signed in and the device unlocked itself.

Some Chinese variant of note 3 IIRC. It does not support Pakistani 3G/4G AFAIK, confirm its specs to see if it has support for 3G/UMTS/WCDMA 2100 and LTE 1800. If no support, then you will be stuck with 2G only!

Mostly, but whatever i told you is a major deal breaker, as it does not even support 3G and has its own other complications with signal issues etc (being CDMA). It will not even have much resale value. It may even have chinese written on its labels.

Note 3 mostly are refurbished, some are good, but most are waste of money unless you are expert in secondhand phones, best get its Pakistani or international version from some well known trusted person (acquaintance) who got it brand new previously.

This was made to get past the error.
Whoever had reactivation lock enabled, they'd try to sign in and it would say network error.
I also used this video to sign in, however it only works with the Original ID that was used to lock the phone.

They patched the glitch with the newer firmwares.

Google has recently released The Android N Preview for developers and its bringing some heavy duty changes:

The biggest change is the native support for split screen in both portrait AND landscape mode! Now, Samsung Fan-boys can no longer brag about their Notes!

Notification menu has seen the second biggest change. Now you can reply to incoming notifications from apps like Facebook, What?sApp & Instagram etc directly from the notification bar. No need to open the app to reply; Much like iOS!

The third change is an "under the hood" change. The Doze Feature from Marshmallow is making a return and is better than ever... Now Doze Feature is activated right after you turn-off the phone by pressing the sleep button...

Man, now I?m kicking myself for buying The Huawei P8 Lite... It came with Lollipop and is probably stuck with it forever (sigh)...

Anyhow, anyone who?s looking forward to buy an Android Phone in upcoming day should wait few months... Because This Android N is totally; and I mean TOTALLY worth the wait...!

Brother, I don't think that Infinix Phones are worth it...

They've practically no warranty claim center operational in the whole Pakistan... So, if your phone becomes problematic, might as well just smash it to a wall...!!! Or perhaps throw it away in Ravi...!!!

And secondly, Infinix Hot 2 and Hot Note are using ancient 32-Bit Mediatek MT6582 & MT6592 Chipsets respectively with Mali-400 GPUs and lacks 4G/LTE Connectivity... Now, that's pathetic in 2016, now isn't it???

G'Five for example is offering Mediatek's 64-Bit MT6735 with LTE in its G?Five LTE 3 Smartphone which has a 1.0Ghz Quad Core with Mali-T720 GPU which is a vast improvement over the Mali-400... Its price is just 11,000 Rupees and I must say that its totally worth it... A high quality 8MP Camera, HD Display, LTE Connectivity & looks of HTC & Huawei's Premium Phones!

So, if you're going to buy a Smartphone... Don't buy anything with Mediatek MT65**... Go with MT67**, okay?
