F1S is better, apart from HD screen, but it's a good quality HD screen. Oppo has less market and after sales at local shops here.

But P9 lite has more market and better after sales at local shops and accidental coverage too, and it's one of the best selling smartphones in 25000 price.

The phone seems impressive. The Porsche Design costs 1395 Euros but people are still gonna buy it Super Fast Charge gives it 58% charge in 30 Mins. On battery he said "No explosive"

TBH I still can't decide. I am dying to get a G5 probably used one under 35k and not get ripped off.

S6 edge is good but I am not sure. Pike seriously I am troubled minded right now.

I got a tronsmart quick charger from amt and after using it for 2 weeks I can safely say that it's just insanely quick. I have honestly forgotten how much of a pain charging was, just put the phone on charge for 40 odd mins and you're at 100%. Very good tech, sad the most of us barely use it.

Btw will quick charge deteriorate battery life in the long run? I Googled it and the mostly answers are no. My phone doesn't get very warm whole charging, it's as warm as it would be while charging with a normal charger.

Nobody is making money in smartphone business except Apple. They have 104% of smartphone profits.

Latest iphone can be bought on 22$/mon contract in usa and almost similar or bit higher / lower rate in western countries.
hardly 10% of people living in usa/western country buy these cell phone on cash. they are always on contract and full covered with insurance. btw the american/desi people i met during my visits in usa 95%l of them are iphone user.

its not the luxury but the iphone mode of availability in 3rd world countries like pakistan which is making it looks like a luxury item.
where as chinese cell phones are so cheap that a basic android cell phone can be bought for 5k which fulfills the daily needs of a person.

lets say if we are given a chance to buy iphone on contract with 10% down payment and at 2k pkr per month with full insurance coverage, majority of people will go for it. as it will be peace of mind but bad for us every insurance companies know how big cheaters we are they will go bank corrupt in days.

You do know that works extends to beyond the western countries and most of the world population lies in the Asian region where you have to buy stuff with cash upfront?

Even if you buy them on contract even then they turn out to be more expensive than other flagships but obviously the contract makes it much more easier to buy this stuff.

IPhone may not be considered a luxury item in the more civilized societies but in our part of the world it is 100% considered a luxury item. 99% percent of the people in Pakistan buy it for being an iPhone, if you take off the iPhone tag and put it on an s4 then all the people will buy it without question. You may not agree to this but it's a fact.

I read the article and I don't understand one thing, how did Apple take 103% of the profit? If the total industry profit was 1000 rs then how did one company take 1030 rs from it? Someone clear this out for me

I'm not arguing over who makes more profits, s15 posted a picture of the market share of the respective OS and ios clearly seems to be shrinking and it has been for sometime now, can't argue with solid numbers, can you now?

Ohh, I understand it now.

Unbiasedly speaking, isn't it a bad thing for the normal consumer that Apple is making such huge profits despite the low market share iOS has? It obviously means that they're exploiting the customer by selling him really overpriced products.
