Guys need some help. I have recently ordered a tempered glass for redmi 4a from daraz and they have sent me a glass for redmi note 4. Same thing they did last year but last year we had a note 4 so that wasn't such an issue, now this time they did it again but in the package they didn't include the return file. I want a refund but don't know how to do it. Daraz helpline is also useless. Please enlighten what to do. @s15 you've got a history with daraz, any idea?

Go to computer open daraz.pk and login on website go to your orders and click on this product which you want to return then click on return. You will be provided with a form. Then you need to print this form and take product and this form to daraz office in your city or nearest tcs center. They will pack and return this product free of cost. And yes daraz.pk is BC BC BC mc mc MC.
Send this to Daraz senior management by post. Your issue will be resolved instantly.
I ordered some 4 nylon watch bands for my watches “different colours” and after one month of continously emailing daraz about my issue that there were 4 sizes of watch band and im unable to communicate the size which i wana get from supplier as there was no ASK QUESTION in product link they finally cancelled my order and never told me the reason why my order was cancelled.. daraz was unable to help me resolve my issue as they wer so smart that they didnt understand even after 20th email wat my issue was dispite the fact that i was attaching the pictures along my emails for reference where i was facing problem.. they even called me after 25th email to understand my problem and after listening to me they asured me that my order will be of the correct specs i wanted but after 1 week my order was automatically cancelled by daraz vide email. But the shipper has cancelled the order after 2 weeks of cancellation notification which was received frm daraz.

I vl never be using Daraz again. Very bad experience indeed..!! In my Order status its showing that “Delivery Failed, sorry your parcel has been marled as failed delivery as all delivery attempts have been made” yet i was never informed which delivery methods they were trying n y my order was cancelled?
Uptil now my daraz experience has been excellent they always call and i have always received original product
