Samsung J6 (2018), Mate 10 Lite, Xiaomi Redmi 5 Pro 4GB (SD636. Available in Pakistan as Xiaomi Redmi Note 5), and Nokia 6 (2018).
All are great options. If your preference is gaming performance; get The Redmi 5 Pro eyes closed. It's GPU far outperforms the competition. If you want look get The Mate 10 Lite and if you like Samsung's Experience UI, OLED displays and compact form-factor then consider The Samsung J6. Nokia 6 (2018) is currently selling for around 22k and is another great option with Pure-Android and SD630 but its has a relatively small battery and an old 16:9 display.
And if you're willing to extend your budget then Nokia 8 (36k) and Nokia 7 Plus (40k) are also great choices.
Sony's smartphone business is almost dead. It has failed to generate profit in the past few years.

Not so surprising when you sell a garbage Mediatek MT6737 for 28k!
