That is not big issue. Both are best phones, but when I changed from honor 3c IPS display (294 ppi) to grand prime TFT (220 ppi), I used to find its screen a bit blurry due to 220 ppi screen. Plus no hard coating (gorilla glass) on grand prime.
Display is something that you have to look at while using phone, not the the buttons. Plus it doesn't have auto brightness, not a big deal.
Even 9500rs Samsung galaxy star pro offers 233 ppi 16 M color screen :p.
Display clarity is something I didn't like much in grand prime, otherwise its awesome. But generally 220 ppi is very good & acceptable. Both of your phone are 220 ppi.
Many shops have it on display, where you can check it before you buy.
PPI determines how clear and sharp display is. Higher is better.
