I doubt that you run phone on safe mode. Without checking phone on safe mode, you can't detect the issue.

Wiping cache from recovery mode sometimes fixes that too.

But maybe it could be a hardware issue, very unlikely though. Mostly its software related issue.

How is homeshopping.pk I m thinking to buy huawei honor 4c from HS as they r selling it in almost 1500 less then the market.
So following r my query's
1: how reliable they r?
2:is their r any changes of getting used/refurbished one as they r selling for less then in market which puts me in doubt
3: in how much time they will deliver in isb
4: how is the condition of packing inside/outside as many members has bad experience while shopping from HSN
5: does they offer free shipping in isb or not
Any member which has experience with HSN plz share

If u r buying it for 4g than mind it that it has relatively small battery then 3c I think it has 21-2200MAH battery vs 2300MAH in 3c so it will drink battery like anything I think its better to buy 4c rest your choice.
And I think it's average price is 25k

I know that it has some good specs:

P8lite. Vs. Honor4c

1: lollipop 5. KitKat 4.4
2: 16GB internal. 8GB
3: 4G(LTE). 3g
4. 2200MAH. 2550MAH
That's the biggest and only advantage 4c has over p8 lite
So my point was that with 2200MAH p8 lite has to power its 8x core processer
Android 5
And much more
So do u think that it will last even a day with 4g usage and with WiFi.

Have used hsn more than a couple of times, it's a hit & miss affair tbh. A couple of times they screwed up, and they still do as I've seen people personally coming over to their shop to fight over something or the other. I usually go to their shop here in KHI to collect my order, check the item thoroughly and walk away with it only when a 100% satisfied.
1. They have been reliable recently, they deliver on time and stand by the return policy.
2. If they say it's new, chances are it's new. Rest Allah knows better, but their products are genuine. Their prices are lower than market, not only over phones but for watches and other items too.
3. You may have to check ISL delivery times on their website, in KHI they deliver in 24hrs.
4. Again, I can only talk about KHI, the packaging is fine, no complaints there.
5. They do not offer free shipping anywhere.
