Lumia 435 is great, its camera is just acceptable. Display sharpness is great (233 PPI), display colors are good. 1GB ram with Windows 10 support. Smart dual sim.

In speed and performance, it even beats Grand Prime, Grand 2 and S3 (I9300, 1GB ram) !.

Lumia 435 is a great choice in around 10000.
Lumia 540 is great in around 16000.

In least price, the best performance 'lag free' phones are no doubt windows phones!

In android, starting good dual sim phone is Galaxy Core Prime Dual sim. Do NOT go for anything below Core Prime in Samsung, as they are all junk.

They all have great battery timings too.

My close friend used G2, G3, G4, Nexus 5 and Nexus 6. They are all great, but G2 had greatest battery timings and others battery timings were not very impressive on internet use. That's the drawback of LG.

He is now very satisfied with Note 4.

Note 4 is my recommendation. It requires multiple readings of Note 4 user manual to understand Note 4 fully and its unique S Pen.

My sis is set on buying lenovo a5000. Cost around 12-13k. Primarily the large screen, huge battery, and android. Not a gamer.

A6000 is better. better display, good graphics, good pixels and feel..also, LTE compatible...

Not only camera the soc of S6 is beast. Ufs storage is better but comes with no sd slot. Overall S6 is a power full package which is hard to beat until Note 5 comes. Rumors are Note 5 is coming with same soc of S6. BTW Note series is a entirely different league.

SOC or UFS storage in the eyes of a user are same.
What difference does it make if a Chip consumes less power hence carries smaller battery and another chip consumes more power and carries a bigger battery,

If at the end of the day the talk time and stand by time are same for both the phones, who cares about SOC

you are right - except for high end phones, almost all samsungs lacks good display, crisp colors and performance..

Also got rates for a new S6 (with warranty) of 62k
