I have a 1st Gen Moto G as well, was extremely satisfied with it when it was new, however it has started showing it's age, battery life has deteriorated and it's getting slow.

Yes it is a great budget device but unfortunately it isnt very popular here amongst the importers so finding one with warranty might be hard. Hopefully telemart or m&p offer warranty for it.

Estimated initial price tag would be around 32k. Which will come down to about 27k to 28k after a couple of weeks of launch.

Clean g2 best in under 20k but go for 32gb not 16gb as system occupy 8gb space

Moto G 3rd Gen's fair price is no more than 24000 for 2GB ram model.

You know Samsung Galaxy core prime 4G was sold by some people for 24000, though its fair price was 12000-15000. So they can demand anything to rip off people.

Moto G series is no doubt awesome, better than the competitors and highly underrated in Pakistan. Even their 1GB ram phones work awesome, and not like Samsung filled with bloat and stupid TouchWiz etc.
