I want to use 4G in Pakistan and Saudi Arabia

Ultra Mini is also by Verizon.
It won't work with 4G in either Pak or KSA.

M using p8lite.... So far 4G running smoothly... Battery timing is almost 1 day with heavy usage of internet, multimedia and whatsapp. Its 2300 MAh battery which is indeed a low battery as compared to its rivals but so far its working fine at my end.

Korean region G3 (F400) has 3 GB ram, and Korean G3 comes with a spare battery too (don't know if shop keepers here give two batteries or not). It has futher 3 variants F400S/K/L. It has lots of bloatware pre installed. They are cheaper than international variants, yet same quality. Google these F400S/K/L.

The other variant is international (D855) with 2GB ram and single battery. The specs you showed are of D855. D855 runs 3G and 4G in Pakistan, but i cannot confirm 4G compatibility of Korean variant.

Both are original LGs, this is just region difference. Nothing to worry about quality, they are both same quality.
