Mobily uses Band 3 (1800) and Band 38 (2600). Band 3 is FDD and 38 is TD.
The phone only supports FDD so you wont be able to use the 2600 band.

Zain uses Band 1 (2100), Band 3 (1800) and Band 38 (2600) for LTE.
Again, 2100 and 1800 are FDD but 2600 isn't.
So you'll only be able to use the first 2 bands.

In short, LTE will work on both networks with that device.

I don't think LP uses 1.3 gb, as my 2gb phone has always around 1.1gb free when all apps are closed.

Depends upon number of apps and android skin.....touchwiz takes more RAM than stock android.

So that means Lollipop uses 0.9GB RAM? May I ask what Smartphone do you have?
I might be wrong, but as far as I remember it, I tried my cousin's Qmobile i6i which runs on Lollipop and has around 700MB RAM. Out of curiosity, I opened it's RAM Settings and I think I saw over 400MB RAM free...
Well, Qmobile's 'i' Series runs on almost stock Android, so that might be the reason...

I cannot open my notifications on Tapatalk from the last few days!

I click on my notifications and it takes me to that thread, but does not take me exactly to the post, like it did before .

I tried "clearing cache" of Tapatalk and restarting phone, but no help. Tapatalk has been updated to latest version too.

I could "clear data" or "uninstall updates" of Tapatalk app, which maybe could solve the issue, but i am too lazy to do that due to the burden of reconfiguring Tapatalk.

Anyone else facing this issue?

Its a known bug, which has been partly solved in latest version of Tapatalk.

Resale issues are there, but it lacks many popular apps, which are expected to arrive on Windows 10 mobile soon. So you have to be patient about apps availability now. This is main issue.

Other than that, they are great and run very very smooth, even their cheapest models.

I have experienced Lumia 430, 532, 540, 640 (non XL) and they are excellent in terms performance and even gaming.

430 and 532 have no flash light (hell annoying). Lumia 640 (non XL) is the one i liked most, though it has not impressive selfie camera.

They even have manual shutter speed controls that help a lot in photography, if used properly.

What other options do you guys suggest in 28-30 K range?

My primary aim is good camera (including low light pics) and Android. In my experience, IPhone and Samsung flagship phones are the best. I don't have lots of experience with other phones. My brother had an iphone 4 and then an S4...and both had good camera for their time. S4 camera is good even today. My Honor 3c is good(acceptable) in other departments but its 8MP sucks big time.

That's why I am looking for used flagships rather than new cheap phones.

Just got my Q A8 LCD+Touch replaced after 2 months since my son damaged it 2nd time ..... I know its old tech now but its running great for daily tasks.
One thing I noticed that there are thieves sitting in Hafeez centre. Almost everyone there demanded 2500-3300 for replacement.

They are usually excellent in perf. Windows phones usually give above avge performance even with 512mb ram (whereas androids suck at this ram level). They have 'tiled' user interface which looks good but i find itself extremely annoying! Overall they are good and i have seen people who say this is best and have put down androids and ios for windows..their personal preference

Yes, every second person indeed dismiss WP Platform. But do they provide a reason why they despise or dismiss the said platform? No, because there isn't anything to reject... Now, some might tell you the oldest excuse in the book regarding WP: THE APP GAP!
Yes, App Gap was true when Microsoft first rolled out Lumia 800 with WP7... But now, as of 2016, all popular and common apps are there in WP App Store...
APP GAP IS AN ANCIENT AND OUTDATED TERM, but people always love to beat a dead horse, now don't they?

The only App I couldn't find on WP is Google Maps... It does comes with Here Maps pre-installed but Pakistan's Map are unavailable.

And here it is, my single only gripe about WP8.1.
