Same Apple A9 SoC with M9 Co-Processor reserved for always-on Siri, 12 M.P Camera, latest iOS 9.3 and 4K Video Recording capability and 240FPS Slow Motion video capture... It's basically an iPhone 6S in every way albeit a bit small at just 4"...!

What amazes me here is the price... It's DIRT CHEAP for an Apple Product...!

The base 16GB version will go for 'just' $400 whereas the 64GB version will go for $500 unlocked...

It looks a lot like iPhone 5S... And according to this article; can fit inside 5S's cases:

Well, In in my humble opinion, 5S looks way better and classier than iPhone 6 and 6S...! So its a good thing that Apple brought back the design!

That's great battery timings. Most latest smartphones by leading brands are now very power efficient with sufficiently fast performance, thanks to latest Android versions, updated hardware and most importantly optimisations. This is why i am more in favour of getting latest released models. Huawei is no doubt excellent at optimising the perfect sync between software and hardware.

P8 Lite also has 2200mah battery with 64 bit octa-core processor offering very snappy performance, even then it can manage upto 4-5 hours SOT.

The real life performance and power efficiency is all about "optimisations" and nothing about specs on paper. I can tell you about many 3000-4000mah battery smartphones with less battery timings than 2200 mah battery Y6. Lol

1. Fully charge the battery upto 100%.

2. Then use the device normally (without re charging it) until battery reaches ~15%. It will take atleast two days to reach 15%. Lol

3. Then go to settings > battery. Take a screenshot of battery graph and share here.

4. Then go to settings > battery > screen. Also take a screenshot of screen timings and share here.

Btw, your Lenovo P1M has huge 4000 mah battery with very power efficient 64bit quad core with great GPU, 2GB RAM and very optimised software, so it will give ~2-3 days of battery timings with ~10-12 hours of screen on time. Atleast that's what i got on P1M in my usage.

The First reason is the OS. Android Lollipop is 50% more optimised than Kitkata. And Kitkat itself was a big improvement over Jelly Bean which you may find on 3C...
Second nod goes to hardware. Huawei Y6 has a quality Snapdragon 210 SoC which is head and shoulders above Mediatek MT6582 Chipset you may find in 3C... And Snapdragon 210 may not be as powerful as Mediatek's MT6735 and it's Adreno 306 GPU may not be able to hold a candle against the Mali T700... But its really REALLY efficient and stable!
So the impressive battery time is certainly no surprise! It's quite expected...
I'm glad you didn't get the Y5. Cause its a heap with cheap @ss Spreadtrum SoC you may find in basic cheap Qmobiles and also in Samsung J1 Ace and older Galaxy Core 2 and Galaxy Star, Star 2 and Star 2 Pro...

Well after android phone brand matters. Why? Because customization matters a lot for achieving good battery life with reasonable performance. I have seen many qmobile with good battery life but with mediocre performance or vice versa for example their z10 with 3GB ram lags in multitasking so in short brand also matter.

Well, I'm afraid it's a common misconception among us.
Brand does matters when it comes to automobiles... Or motorcycles... But when it comes to smartphones; the same can't be applied...
Pick up any phone, read it's specs and they'll made by either Qualcomm (USA based company) or Mediatek (A Taiwanese Giant). And in rare cases Spreadtrum (Chinese and a relatively new player)...!
My Huawei P8 Lite has a Hisilicon Kirin 620 Octa SoC... Which is basically a watered-down custom version of Mediatek MT6753 Cortex A53 SoC with weaker Mali-T450 GPU instead of much powerful T-720...! I don't know what Huawei was thinking, LOLz!
So, An SoC is going to perform the same regardless of the manufacturing company! And will bring roughly the same score on Antutu...

Btw, for office work you can also use Chromecast (an adaptor) to project your S6 phone screen wirelessly to an LCD for ease of use. And you can also connect mini-keyboard and mouse to S6 and it will become a mini workstation.

SwiftKey keyboard offers arrow keys (up, down, left, right) which makes word-processing a lot easier.

You can also sync documents between S6 and your PCs. So the changes you make in documents will be synced to other connected devices.

P.S, my cousin operates his whole office work using Note 5 and the above things. His office is in USA and he is now temporarily in Pakistan.

Antutu benchmark is just a RAW performance benchmark, it has nothing much to do with real life performance. A phone may have very powerful chipset scoring well in benchmarks, but still be a mess, like the great Xperia Z5!

Look at Snapdragon 810 found in Z5, HTC M9, Nexus 6P, LG V10, OnePlus 2 etc. They are all same chipsets, but the real life experience varies a lot. Z5 is an awful mess even with S810.

Chipset is just like a motherboard. There are many other components and factors attached to it that make a huge impact like, RAM, camera sensor, display, heat-sinks, quality & compatibility of components, R&D, standard of quality controls, software optimisations, manufacturing techniques etc etc. So same chipsets in different brands are NEVER the same, even if they score equally.

Better brands put more "quality"

@s15 Well, Snapdragon 810 is quite infamous for overheating, period. The newer 820 is a bit of an improvement but it still overheats...
Secondly, SoC stands for "System on a Chip"... It's not like PC motherboard...
As the name implies, it has all of its components integrated in a single chip. RAM, CPU, GPU, 3G/4G Bands, WIFI etc. Pretty much everything is integrated.
Hence, if you visit Mediatek or Qualcomm websites and check some of their chipsets, they've listed how much RAM it supports, how far the processor can be clocked, how much MP camera it can use, how big of a screen it supports, how much pixel density it supports and everything in between...
Mediatek 65**, for example, doesn't support 64 Bit instruction set, 4G or Full HD Displays and you'll be hard-pressed to find a phone that possess such features!

100% agreed. Specially Chinese oems excluding Huawei are terrible at optimization. Now matter which qmobile model one uses, all suffer from overheat and lag due to lack of optimization and mediatek chip set. Mediatek is just terrible, the other day I was using an HTC phone with mediatek, the phone was stuttering and was hot.

Well I m stick to my point that brand matter a lot have u read my previous post carefully if not then read it again and there I have mentioned how brand matters and @s15 has explained the brand importance in his post.
