Developer support, software support etc are simply unmatchable in Nexus no doubt. Nexus is Nexus!

The only problem nexus 5x have is the back cover stuff it gets dirty really fast other then tht its one the best phone in market i suggest u to goo for black color mine vs use to white now getting yellow .....lol

Well my advice dont go for windows 10. Windows 10 have a lot of bugs etc etc. I was using 540 which is more powerfull as compared to 435. I updated my phone on windows 10 and then issues started. Camera hanging, phone gets heatup, most of the time i had to restart my phone. Phone was acting like an old Qmobile.

Just go in to settings. There u see accounts and bla bla. If u have already microsoft account then just sign in otherwise create a microsoft account to use all features of phone. Gmail works but only for contacts sync and mail purpose.

Looks like a repacked phone, if email is added by default. Did you check its activation date?. If its used repacked as new, its activation date will be some past date.

Call there and tell them you purchased it brand new and you want to know about its activation date. You can check it online too.

Brought it brand-new from Daraz so don't know if its repacked but opened the seal my self khair factory reset it and now its fine.

How can I check if its repacked.

Visual inspection, activation date, call timers and few others etc. Seals mean nothing IMHO. I have seen M&P, GreenTech etc seals on American phones too xD.

Were there blue stickers on power and volume button when you unboxed it?. Call Microsoft now, they will clear your doubts better.

Dialling ##634# code to check that has never been accurate XD.

There was a sticker on phone back cover of how to remove it that's I removed only.
And condition is like new of phone.
And what I need to tell to Microsoft to confirm it its repacked.

Tell them u need a refund or replace your phone with their latest Microsoft Lumia 950 mobile set. If they ask for reason just tell them u read on Pakwheels and here, members suggested u do this.

Brought Lumia 435 khair next time I wont be buying smartphones from daraz. Only brought it because my past experience is excellent from daraz.

If the set has official warranty. Than no matter if its used or not. By default daraz, homeshopping and others open these sets and reseal them to check if they are REALLY working. An extra step to ensure that product isn't faulty after shipping. There have been cases where a brand new phone when unpacked would not work, and if this would be the case the actual buyer would have to send the set back to daraz, pay for shipping and wait 15 to 25 days until warranty is claimed. So instead online retailers here check the set before sending them to the buyer.
@altisdualvvti there is nothing wrong with your mobile set. If u doubtful of the situation sell it now and buy from actual original nokia/microsoft retailer.
