Bro, you are confusing it with grey stock (non warranty stock). They are checked like you said. They are checked a little bit and then repacked and sealed. Its normal for them.
Daraz.pk works differently from others. I am sure people liked your sarcasm and enjoyed what you said very much.
At daraz.pk or others. Nothing is mostly checked, believe me. You can ask others too if you doubt me. They sometimes do not even check what they are sending, they send wrong products different from what you ordered, damaged and faulty products, size and colors issues and some of the stuff they send does not even turn on. So telling that they check EVERYTHING if its working or not makes no sense. They may visually inspect at most. There is many times no quality control standard or checking going on in Daraz.pk.
The repacking you are talking about is due to their return policy. The Lumia being discussed seems to be a sales return item.
If the brand new product is faulty to begin with, there is replacement claim straightaway, not warranty claim which is very time consuming. My friends brand new Infinix had some issues, and daraz offered replacement very quickly. The other went for warranty claim repairs and came back after a month.
In official warranty products, warranty provider checks the necessary stuff, repacks it and then put their own seal. There is mostly no further checking required by seller after that. Not every phone is like Qmobile that need checking before selling.
Checking activation dates or warranty expiring dates in official warranty phones is no BS. Every manufacturer recommends checking it, whether used or new.
