I think he is planning to upgrade from G4 dual H818P, 602 serial number (free from boot-loop hardware issues) 10/10 condition carefully used and bought pinpacked from trusted seller, not too long ago.

Been using Arex V7s. Pretty excellent stuff for price it is offered at. Also looks very very good. No problem in usage of browsing, fb, WhatsApp.etc Also pretty decent battery. Camera is pretty good as well. Real good stuff in such price

Sell it to somewhere else. That's what most people do in case of hidden fault, which is why I mostly don't recommend olders models, unless purchased from some known source. They can give up anytime.

Looks like some hardware issue. Btw, did you check it with multimeter?
