Qmobile only problem is that it releases new flagship every 3 months and then previous flagship gets redundant and loses resale too much. No shop will buy your outdated Z series phone, because they know that it quickly loses value very much every few months.
If you visit for warranty claim after 6 months of model launch, they do not have spare parts for slightly older models, because they are too busy launching new models every week xD. So RIP after sales service.
You cannot compare Qmobile with Samsung, HTC, Huawei, Lenovo, etc as they are top brands and provide something known as "after sales service".
Btw, did you compare P8 Lite vs Z10 camera performance, especially in low lights?. Z10 blurs every other photo taken in dim lights. It uses very slow shutter speeds even in evening times causing blurry subjects and camera shakes.
