It's not released for the public yet, still in developing phase meaning that only developers are able to download and use it right now. There will be a public beta available too later on, if you want to try that before the final release.

iOS 10 will be available from September. Right now, it's only beta version is available for developers only. Anyhow, i have used iOS 10 Beta 1 on my iPhone 6S and this beta version has lots of bugs right now

There is no perfect smartphone, neither there is a terrible smartphone. They all are great in their own ways, and the final decision is all about your personal taste and preferences :p.

But 25500-26000/- market price for P9 Lite is great for it, because Huawei overpriced their previous phones too much, like GR3 at 25500/- and Y6 Pro at 21500/- initially. So now they have learnt their lesson.
