A3 will get you around 24-26k. Not sure about this. @s15 can guide you better.

Note 3 resale is crap nowadays, so about 15-17k.

Note 3 is ancient now. It was a great phone in it's time, but that was 2013.

Don't trade a new generation device for something that came out 3 years ago.

Nope. Don't exchange. If you want something much better than A3 2016, exchange it with box opened P9 Lite. Its will be 10-20 days used at max and has accidental coverage too. New P9 Lite is rs. 25500/- and you can adjust it with A3 2016 at the same shop mostly for additional 2-3 thousand.

Its great option if you want something better and also stay safe (warranty).

Then sell A3 2016 on cash, safe approach. Put ad on OLX and also here. Exchange deals of that much old phones are mostly not reliable. They can die anytime even before you sell it. Plus front camera dust in note 3 could be the sign of lcd change or something else wrong. The next buyers will question you about that before buying, creating another headache!

Most people underestimate OPPO though. They say "farigh unknown brand hai" without realising that Q1 2016 Global Market Share brings Oppo at Top 4th or 5th position.

So is it a wise idea to ditch G4 for F1 plus , F1 plus is attractive and colour os is nicely optimized moreover strong cameras (both front and back) , FP scanner , 4gb ram and 64 gb builtin is also mouth watering. Only drawback is mtk chipset
